As a boy, Greenwood committed small time pranks and petty theft with his neighborhood friends in rural Virginia. As a boy, his best friends, the D’Agostino family began to teach him the ways of Italian life. Growing up he spent many hours hanging out in their restaurant after school doing homework, waiting tables, and even making pies in the back.
Many of his neighbors would say Greenwood was a generally quiet and pleasant kid who didn't seem to get into any more mischief than his peers. But there were also accounts of juvenile delinquency and malicious behavior as a teen. To a degree, both of these perceptions can be seen as correct and are evident in his adult life.
At 15 Greenwood’s parents passed away. With no other family members close in kin the D’Agostinos decided to officially adopt him. He worked at the Pizzeria full-time and began taking Italian at the local community college. While he never could get past the first level, he found a new appreciation for Italian culture whilst living with his new family. His first experience was watching the Italian National Team fail to qualify for the 2018 World Cup. After hours of screaming “Forza Italia!!” In his harsh American accent, the team fell short, leaving his family devastated.
Dylan and his brothers began to start causing chaos around town. Most notably they robbed a gas station wearing watermelons as masks. While they never got caught by the police, their father found out immediately. It was at this time Mr. D’Agostino made a drastic decision. Close up shop and move to Los Santos, hoping a change of scenery would get the boys on the right track. Things did not change and after just two weeks in the city Mr. D’Agostino disowned Dylan Greenwood, citing him as the cause for his boys’ new found desire for trouble. After a week on the street Dylan met his ride-or-die. Gerry Korpov.
Dylan and Gerry quickly fell into the ranks of the Italian mafia, LNF. in La Nostra Famiglia, Dylan & Gerry spent many hours hard at work chopping cars and maintaining the gang’s turfs. Months passed and things appeared to be going great, until one night, the Capo, Christopher Luciano pulled Dylan aside.
“He’s a rat. Gerry’s been feeding our information to other gangs.” Chris said. Dylan felt betrayed. His ride-or-die had turned on him. Unbeknownst to Gerry Dylan began his own mission. He approached Gerry. Made up a story he was fed up with LNF, that he wanted to do something drastic. It worked.
Gerry gave Dylan keys to his stash house, the place he kept all of his goodies. Dylan got to work, spending a full night guessing away at Gerry’s codes. After 4 hours he got it. 3972. Dylan gave Chris a call and they made the move.

He hit the motherload. He taught the snake a lesson.
Dylan convinced Gerry it was a police raid, and that it was time to make their move on Chris. Dylan told him to rally his boys and get ready to raid Chris’ lab. Gerry and 4 friends, armed with heavies moved into the lab, ready to clear Chris’ stash. As they stepped in Dylan locked the front door, trapping them in the living room. Little did they know Chris himself was locked in the closet, where he began cooking cocaine. The toxic fumes killed everyone in the apartment. Except Chris Who had a gas mask.
The rat was neutralized.
Dylan was called back to Virginia for a few months were he lived out of a hotel and worked landscaping. Upon his return he discovered LNF had disbanded. He gave Chris a call and the two met up in mirror park.
Chris established a new crew, BSB. Dylan worked with the group for a few months but realized it wasn’t for him, he missed the business oriented style of LNF.
One day after leaving Hayes dealership he saw some Royals hanging out on West Eclipse Blvd. He approached, shook their hands, and the rest was history.
