I feel although more property building need to be available and many are locked and held on banned or inactive accounts. More properties could also promote the creation of new businesses which I feel would be beneficial to the sever at this point. I understand that property buildings should still be rare to own and something that should be expensive in order to impact other owners and the economy less.

I see where you are coming from but I wouldn't adapt it in that way as being a criminal needs to stay unpredictable and thrilling meaning being outnumbered or out powered in some situations is to be expected. But I think the Cops/Crim ratio is way out of align, for every crim there are 4-5 cops. Instead I feel although criminal life should be made more profitable and more lax which should lead to more new players choosing the route.

Two Brothers, Stefano & Winston, both born deprived of what they needed... Wealth. Growing up out of a back alley and learning the ways of petty crime from a young age, it gave the two confidence to move freely through the streets. They where determined to get out of the life they had been given and dreamed of living lavish, so much that they would stop at nothing to get it. Crime wasn’t a choice, it was a must. Anything that wasn’t strapped to the floor would be taken and sold and anything that could make a profit was done. By the age of 17 the lads found themselves living comfortable. Wearing only the cleanest/freshest of clothes and eating only the best, the two found them selves at a high. But as the saying goes, whatever goes up. Must come down. By the age of 25 the lads had both served 7 years for a violent robbery/murder and was let out early on good behaviour. The world was their oyster, a fresh start. Would they take this opportunity for them to live a normal lifestyle? Absolutely not. The pair agreed that a change of scenery was needed and decided to move frequently between places until they found a place that stuck. Still continuing with their criminal lifestyle, the two caused carnage across far and wide until eventually the city of Los Santos started to give off a warm feel. A feel of home. Everything was perfect, and the time had come to finally settle. The problem? Lack of money. Both Winston & Stefano had grown fond at the champagne lifestyle and couldn’t go back to just being the average Joe. The thrills of crime and adrenaline this gave was to entising. Addictive almost, but they're minds we only set on moving up to bigger crimes, since more profit was to be involved which also meant more adrenaline which to the pair was more valuable than anything else. No one gets excited catching the same small fish every 10 minutes, but risking your life to earn $20,000 no that was fun! Before they knew it, money was flowing well. Although being behind bars for several years they had not forgotten their ways of extortion and was starting to cause a real stir to the local crowd. They had started to gather other money-hungry hustlers and formed a group for the elite, a group called SKENG. 1. They are also involved in meetings and suggestions towards the group along with sorting altercations with other groups or within our own family. Skeng Master One of the most important ranks in Skeng. They test new recruits ensuring they are fit for family, if so are to supervise the training and teaching towards new members of the family. Skeng Master's suggestions are also considered greatly and they make final judgements on agressive encounters with rival factions. Skeng Minster Is midway through the ranks. They are seen as experienced and loyal and therefore deserve a rank with more opportunity with decision making during situations and helping keep newer recruits prepared and trained. Skengster A rank for those who have shown their worth a recruits are therefore deserve much more respect. This title proves their loyalty towards the family and also shows they have huge potential. Young Skengster Young Skengster is the rank given to new recruits who are yet to be fully trained. Although they have little authority they have proven they are worthy of joining skeng and have skills that we think are valuable to us. 1. Must have experience within crime in Los Santos 2. Should have a minimum of 20,000 experience on your character 3. Must understand the rules of the server ( We will ask for admin-logs upon recruitment) 4. Must have approval from higher in command that they are satisfied with your knowledge

Make it possible to buy dash cams from general stores as an optional extra and to be placed in the car glovebox , this could allow cops to identify people if a car is being reported stolen but also could allow the owner of a car/van to tap into the camera on their phone to check it is safe. If these dashcams were implemented into Eclipse I think they should hold a fairly high price in the stores such as $50,000 as this asset is rather powerful. The market would be for those with expensive cars which cost $15k plus to take out of mors after being chopped, therefore making it more of an investment
