Along with this, if LEO jobs were to be buffed alongside of some freelance jobs, let’s boost the amount criminals make from high risk/ high reward jobs. As @freshprinceIE stated, LEO jobs don’t lose much when working, its 100% income time other than food, while they are on duty, nothing stops them from making money. Maybe an all around revamp due to the current massive price point of items, cars, and houses.

"Beautiful and serene, Tsukuyomi believes in order and etiquette and enforces them whenever they can. Tsukuyomi’s enforcement of such ideals extends to the point that they are willing to kill to maintain order, despite killing their own being a breach of etiquette in the heavenly court. Thus, there is irony in Tsukuyomi’s strict adherence to etiquette: to enforce it, they are willing to break it. Tsukuyomi moves in the night."
With the Crew beginning to pull money together quickly, our goals were in clear sight. Every single member happily investing in each other and Tsukuyomi's future. Except One. Drake Hawick, one of the Shatei (Little Brother) had been running around, creating nothing but issues. Whether it be PD, SD, gangs, and even every day workers he would wreak havoc for his own self-satisfaction.
Oni would not tolerate this behavior any longer. Drake had not been contributing to the gang, costing the gang money, and creating a bad image of Tsukuyomi to the public. Oni needed to ensure he took care of this in the best, most efficient, and silent way as possible. Oni had put a master plan together to earn the money lost and to cut off ties with Drake, to make sure that nothing would come of the aftermath.
Oni had begun his plan, he texted Drake to meet him to make a weapon purchase. With a money mindset, cash was required to make sure not tracks could be followed. They both set off to the infamous Koi Headquarters to follow through with the purchase, at least that's what Drake had thought.
Proceeding into Koi, Oni preparing carefully when to set the plan into motion. They began to walk upstairs, conversing normally on Drake's goal with his purchase. Excited as can be Drake walks towards the pool table and Oni demands "Turn around slowly." Drake begins to ask "What is going on?" Oni continues on to say, "Do not say another word, follow my direction."
Oni guides Drake into the Room where his fate was to be decided. Drake being interrogated, admitting to the crimes and disobedience he's committed. These actions were completely against Tsukuyomi's Heavenly Court. Execution was the only option
Moments later, the dead body of Drake Hawick covered in blood and the shadow of Oni, laid still and cold on the floor. Drake, no longer a part of Tsukuyomi, has atoned for his sins.

Im happy that you point out the masks! The mask allows for a mythological and religious stand point! It feeds into the entire story that's been created here. It's very unique and I cannot deny that, however, it brings massive value to the element of RP within ECRP due to the color representation loyalty, wealth and security. What the Oni Mask means "imaginary humanoids are the root to any child or adult’s nightmare, and that’s exactly what the purpose of this crazy folklore monster was intended to do." Which follows our code of ethics and Origin. Any mask could've been used to represent at the end of the day as we have the freedom of choice. I just felt this one suited us the best.
