Doing this is rarely used because it’s so not worth it like all your stamps take away like 5 minutes of a 2 hour sentence lol -
if it is more limited it means actual factions have chance for business competition, if something is scarce, it can be more costly and therefore will have a better market rather than it being saturated and everyone having access to buying and selling it

Yup it would give inmates something to do because at the moment no one uses the table because its such a high stake, if it were put down it would just be fun something to do and would add a little more rp that doc needs -
