Wouldnt be realistic RP, arms dont reach that far

Personally I think that the numbers above heads make it easy for people to say they see someone that is trying to hide in a bush or somewhere that would be normally hard to see someone located. If I am running from police I would like to be able to hide inside of a bush or behind a dumpster without the officer walking right over to me pointing a gun in my face. If they do not see my character and only notice the number to find me it kills the RP for me and there is no real way of proving they used the number above my head to locate me. Names above head would be perfectly fine as long as you have aliased that person. If a mask goes on then no number or name should be displayed keeping the person truly hidden. Lets say someone needs to alias someone else but does not know the number. This would be something that could be OC PM to the player so they can alias you. We can all see our number in the bottom left near the map anyway. We can keep names showing above head when aliased though. Just remove the numbers in my opinion. There are plenty of ways we can IC alias information to someone. For instance police should be able to see it on someones license and it can be referred to as a license number.

I really like how Redux looks and would prefer to use it, Looks like most of it is mainly for story mode; however, not sure how it would be an issue ECRP, would effect your physics a bit but not everyone else's as they would not see the same as you do. Ragdoll effects wont be an advantage in anyway that I know of. Just wondering how aiming or aim and roll would be effected. As for ai there are no NPC's on the server so shouldn't be and issues there. Based on what I am seeing using it on ECRP may only be a graphical advantage which is not a big deal because people with a better graphics card already have a graphical advantage over people with a worse card. If a Admin would give approval to use it in this thread I would go ahead and install myself. Waiting for a staff member to speak on it first though.

Seems everyone thinks this can be resolved ICly but it really can not. It is in IC where the problem lies. It is unrealistic RP. No gang would want to stand out waving their arms in the air saying "HERE I AM COPS AND OTHER GANGS". It is not realistic it all. What I am seeing in the city is every gang trying to flex there stuff. No gang EVER in history does that. Not the Crips. Bloods. Surf Nation, etc etc. It is just not a thing at all. I am pretty sure the police has a gang unit and is trying to be realistic with what they do so why are the gangs trying to power game all the time and flex everything? Same as different gang members all at the pier or bank etc. This also would never happen. Gangs never go that far from their own turf because they do respect other gangs turfs and do not want to run into them for beef to start. The gangs in the city are so unrealistic it makes the RP lame for civilians. The city is a cops and robbers city only and that is lame RP. No one wants to play cowboy and indians. Some of us want to play a different roll like the blacksmith, Gangs in the city always run in numbers so they can bully civilians all over the whole city and not just in their turf. It is giving the city a bad name to civilians for there to be 20 different gangs in a small area. This forces people who want to be civilians to join a gang or the police force for protection when they do not want anything to do with them which is groups power gaming forcing everyone else to be like them or else leave the city all together. I know for a fact that real life crips and bloods will protect their turf but at the same time they will protect their civilians, they will help old miss walker cross the street that they grew up with all their life. They will talk with old mr jones and hear him tell tails about the old days and they wont rob them or try to kill them because they drive a certain color car. Gang members do NOT harass their civilians, they protect them from rival gangs that come in the wrong area starting trouble. A lot of civilians would like to see gangs be more realistic and that is why I started this topic in the first place. I would like people to discuss the RP of it and how it could be more realistic. DON'T just reply that it can be handled ICly. Think about the topic at hand and true RP then argue the case. Saying it can be handled ICly is a lame tactic saying we don't want it to change. Try explaining why you do not want it to change. What and how does this type of RP work for gangs in a more realistic nature. What are the ups and downs to forcing civilians to change their car colors? Your way of protecting them? No. Its bullying them and that is all it is so please do not try and say having them change the colors protects them, Argue the case in a realistic manor as I am currently doing as well.

I never see it but if you say so. I am not in a gang but I dont see it happen. Police normally only pull a gang member over for speeding or doing something they shouldnt. Not because of the color of their cars because then it would be harrassment and you could file a complaint with the police department for it. Who would a Civilian file a complaint to when a gang member does it to them though? the leader? She/He would just shoot the guy. So RP is lame and being abused for gang car colors and should be done away with or certain rules applied.

Ok so you are saying then flat out that it is a gang city and if we dont like it then leave because the only way a civilian in real life could deal with it is to not move to the city to start with. Telling us pretty much to quit eclipse or deal with the gangs RP and when we try they will shoot you powergaming for not obeying them

To force someone to change the color of their car or you will die every time you are seen is Power gaming bottom line. It is also Alternative RP because you are forcing normal people that probably bought that car because it is their fav color to go by gang RP when they have nothing to do with gangs at all. It is also a reason for gangs to abuse robbing people and killing them without proper RP and I do not believe that can be valid RP to kill or rob someone because there are no gangs ever in history that goes by the color of their car. It is a Loop hole that gangs use to break server rules so the rules need to be changed and clarified.

Again this is not a complaint or report cause something happen to me personally. If it was I would report it in the correct manor. This is what Gangs use for their RP to be able to Rob or Kill Civilians and this RP is forced on you no matter what and you can not say no or go against it or they will rob and kill you on site at all times. Gangs should not be allowed to use this RP in anyway so a rules needs to be put in placed to protect normal civilian from this gang abuse that happens in the server due to it not being a more realistic RP. No gang uses car colors unless it is in this city and in this city they abuse the colors to attack anyone they see fit. It is a form of Powergaming they are using and it is a loop hole so they can abuse it.

Everyone can keep saying it is a IC issue when it is not. They can IC it but normal legal people can not. Gangs do not allow the RP of having your car whatever color. And the fact that having Gang car colors is unheard of. This is not a thing anywhere but in this city. It is made up which is cool but there should be some guidelines so that normal legal people can go about their day without being stopped on the way home from work cause they are driving a BLACK car which is one of the most common colors for any car. Then we get shot and robbed cause we are in a black car. 20 gang members pulling up on 1 guy in broad daylight in the center of the city is bull. The city is ran by the gangs and the police, not the hard working people that do legal stuff in the city and pay taxes. When gangs overrun the city and abuse everyone cause of a car color it is poor RP. Cloths tattoos etc would be cool but not car colors. This needs addressed and worked out OC with staff.

As a citizen in the city and not part of any gang I find it really annoying that people are running around robbing and harassing your normal every day citizens just because they are driving a car that is the same color as a gangs colors. There are so many gangs in the city using every color of the rainbow so normal every day working mans life can not be in the city. Gangs rob you and FORCE you to change your car color and if you say no or do not do it they will kill you. In my opinion this is a form of alternative RP and should need approval from Admins in order to force civilians to change there car colors. I can understand if it was another gang member doing it but some people buy their cars as a certain color from a dealership and bought the car because of the color as well as the type of car. I tried to RP having asthma and needing to wear a mask to help reduce the particles that I breath in and even RPed a visit to the hospital for testing to show that my character had asthma. The MD said he would put in a document in my files and if a officer asked me to remove my mask I could direct them to see my medical files and verify because the police laws GC05-C states that you can wear a mask if you have a medical condition. I was denied a week later and told it was alternative RP and it would need Admin approval before doing so because it effects other peoples RP. How is this any different than a gang trying to force people to change their car colors? It is not any different in my opinion. In a way gang members are powergaming forcing people to change their car colors or else they die so they do not get a choice in anyway and have to obey the gang members. This badly needs addressed as in real life there is not a single gang that I know of that uses car colors to show they are in a gang and it is Non RP. Want real life information on it? No where on this planet will you see 40 gang members cars all show up at the same place having the same color cars. Gangs do NOT want to draw attention to the police and this would make them stand out which is very unrealistic. Gang car colors effects a lot of normal citizens that do not want to be in a gang, they get robbed and killed over the cars color which leaves civilians that want to RP a normal life outside of a gang wanting to leave the server and not return. Gangs are very over powered as it is because they can get weapons and run with a lot of people at once. No civilian can do anything to protect themselves, not even the police will help a civilian when they are out numbered by the gang they wont call backup or anything. Today we got chanced to the PD for this exact reason and while sitting there the police could hear the gang clear as day talking about shooting us etc and they came out of PD and forced us off the property stating they would arrest the civilians if we did not leave, Police should protect the civilians not send them off police property where they can be shot and killed. I do not care if gangs have a problem with me suggesting this change or not, this is GTA but it is also RP, not everyone in the city is a gang member or police officer. Forcing civilians to live one of these lives so they are protected in some way is unfair to people wanting to just RP a regular life working and hanging out with the boys drinking a beer on the weekends. Gangs in the city need to start acting more like real life gangs and not power hungry towards the whole city. Again I can understand gangs being power happy against other gangs but not civilians just because they have the numbers and the guns. Gang car color should be wiped out and should be related to only tattoos, gang signs with /me <symbol name> in chat and clothing colors. There are way too many cars in a big city like Los Santos and gang members shouldnt be focused on forcing civilians to change their car color or else be robbed or shot. It is poor RP. Feel free to argue the facts if you would like but I pretty much laid out the facts including a link showing how to identify a gang in real life. RP should be fun for all not just gangs and police.

There are a few ways to decide on the winner in Official Texas Hold'em one being the kicker card as I mentioned, another being a split pot evenly and another being a high-low split. This situation looks as if it could have been based on kickers or even high-low split. It is all dependent on how it is written up at the table. Then of course there is the typical suit ranking. clubs(lowest), followed by diamonds, hearts, and spades (being the highest). Again it is all dependent on how the rules are written up at this specific table.

Based on your video High card did win, A+Q. but that person bet all in so bets went higher. The secondary bet should have went to A+6 but went to A+2 instead. Looks as if A+2 had more money than A+6 so that being said. A+Q won all of A+6's money so the rest would indeed go to A+2. If any of that makes sense.
