  1. Do you have evidence of you calling backup, I did tell you to clip POV so there shouldn't be a problem there.
  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 323, ID 83, ID 260 Date of interaction reported: 7/22/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1595443065 Your characters name: Lemarcus Hill Other player(s) involved: None Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. Players may not have any interaction or knowledge from their alternate characters. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? The evidence below is the whole interaction of me and ID 323. That being said ID 323 had pulled up on his bike and had started speaking to me, while talking to him I would hear faint voices in the background. I didn't think anything of it and I didn't care, could've been anything. During the end of the interaction ID 83 and ID 260 pull up out of nowhere with means to attack me. No where in the interaction I had with ID 323 did I see him radio in to his friends, this most definitely led me to believe they are meta gaming. After them getting out of their car in front of me, I drove off and without any demands what so ever, they started shooting rounds and rounds at the back of my vehicle. This then led into a chase which ended after a while. ID 323 can also be seen mixing as Slamron Bridges's youtube account is Neeko, ID 323 is asking where he is in OOC, this is by all means mixing. 3. Our boy had given call outs on who and where the kids were, and when I had arrived into this area I had seen him dead behind the Rebla. What I noticed at the scene were 2-3 guys running around with weapons in their hands, I had seen the reporting party next to our dead mate trying to get into our mates car, this gave me the instant conclusion that I had DM rights. I had spoken to more experienced players in the community and they had all told me that unless you saw them kill with your own eyes you do not have the right without prior RP or demands to to engage in the situation. I truly believed that I had known during the scene that there would be nothing wrong as I had seen his dead body and kids running around it with weapons. I most definitely should not have engaged without demands, I should've known better, I am truly sorry and will make sure It wont happen again.
  4. Hello, I would like to say that the reporting party told me he was reporting me for DM, which I knew was false. We were told to go help our boy which had gotten killed seconds before we arrived to the scene, here we knew that we had DM rights. The reporting party however did not tell me that he was reporting for metagaming in which I did not get footage of me killing him, I did see him run out back and go into the bush and I was given callouts aswell.
  5. But you then proceeded to ram into me even more? To my understanding DM rights go on for 3 hours after something has happened and I don’t think you had any interactions with anyone in my gang the whole day
  6. Being in multiple shootouts does not give you the right to chase me btw. Especially when I hadn't even been in an encounter with you in my new life.
  7. I cannot as I only clipped that much, but after that we end up fighting with no demands and I ended up dying, for me I was fearing for my life and I took my gun out knowing he was going to attempt to kill me.
  8. Character to be refunded: Lemarcus Hill Date and time of incident:7/19/20 Requested refund (what and how much): $108,000 Description of incident resulting in loss: I was doing a deal for 2 vents for 108k, the kid handed me the money and I aimed a gun at him telling him to get on his knees, he ran back pulled his gun out and proceeded to kill me, breaking Fear RP and resulting in me losing the cash. Jasmine had reset the RP and I should've had the 108k in pocket money. Evidence of loss: https://streamable.com/ywtc8f Comments: Thank you to the admin who reviews this request.
  9. I agree that the robbery was ok because of the fact that I had taken the drag, but the fact that he killed me

I was being Robbed by ID 324 and ID 59 and ID 324 was taking my gun, as I went to oocly drop the gun ID 59 gatted me for 0 reason, this kid obviously does not know the rules as none of the people in this crew i've encountered do too, this is one of the many reports gone out to these specific people. - thank you for your time, Lemarcus Hill Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/qp8a8z
  11. Player(s) being reported: ID 290 Date of interaction reported: 7/14/20 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1594752241 Your characters name: Lemarcus Hill Other player(s) involved: ID 290 Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return. If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? In the scenario ID 290 had followed me from bank, having no prior meetings in this life and began to talk tons of shit. While all this was going on I was on my way to meet someone. In the evidence you can tell that I am in a completely public area. ID 290 even tries to rob me in the middle of a very busy road in broad daylight. ID 290 rams me once at tequilala and rams me the second time outside of ECLIPSE towers making my car spin out at which he then proceeds to smash my car in to block me, keep in mind that he has full intentions to kill me. On top of that throughout this whole fuckery no demands were given at all. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/6of04o
  12. AHHAHAHA this is gotten petty mate, I knew you were there and I had even talked to you, I was jokin around with my boy tellin him how easy it is to scam, THATS SO PETTY THAT YOU CLIPPED IT BRUV AHAHA. I honestly hope your shit gets denied after that lmaoo
  13. My friend you constantly keep bringing the conversation into OOC, that is 100% on you this is all RP, I was in the wrong for responding, you should've kept it RP. No where did I tell you I cant scam at bank in ooc. If you have proof i'll be happy to see it and take the punishment.
  14. Hello, no where in this scenario did I use OOC means to try to deceive or trick. ID 263 states that I said I am intending im legit by saying ill fix it, I am not talking about anything else but the contract, I said I will fix it because that was the second time he had made me re-do the /me /dos in the contract. First he tells me after I had written the contract that he wants it a specific way, then he wanted me to remove the S from Lemarcus Hills Comet to Lemarcus Hill Comet. There was no tricking involved in OOC, I simply said I'll fix the CONTRACT, in which was gonna be ripped up and thrown out anyways. It absolutely baffles me that kids get themselves into a situation where they know it would be a risk. They then end up losing their money and begin finding every little piece of evidence to get it back, I find this a waste of admin time IMO. Again no where did I say I could not scam in OOC, even then he is bringing the conversation into OOC when it could simply be RP'D, he brought an excessive amount of OOC talk into the conversation which I think is unacceptable. Thank you for your time, -Lemarcus Hill
  15. No I am in the shootout, not ID 83 tho.
