I was born in liberty city in the winter of nineteen eighty-seven. I was raised by a single father Jovan Ravenperch, a police officer. I often had to care for myself where I learned responsibility and the meaning of work. My father when home and awake, would regale me of his time on the force and made me dream of becoming an officer of the law. I was a straight b+ student a few a's. Liberty City was a rough town and the teachers were just as so. After graduation, I applied for the Liberty City Police Academy and spent a year working my way into the force. I will not lie. Liberty City is a rough town and I hate to admit it but not all of the officers were as upright as my father or me. I didn't make waves with the officers that seemed to be on the take not without the proper evidence. Sadly though the Police department was slow to clean up taking about three years. In the years to follow it was relatively uneventful until Antonio "Toni" Cipriani came to town. we lost a lot of good men and women. Even with my record as an honest hard-working cop having helped clean up the police department and town I had to leave. There were far too many dead friends to bury there to stay. Moving to Los Santos he found interest in motorcycles a relative remote hobby. Meeting Maccy he asked about which bikes to buy and how to upgrade them one night at Bay view and Hearing for the first time about LSMC. A few days later he started as a prospect giving him the family and friends he did not have in Liberty city anymore.
