I was arguing with admins about this too, I argued so much and even made a thread reguarding the issue. not to be toxic but to actually suggest a good system to ban hackers and to argue that they do not take proper action to ban someone for hacking. I was wrong about this they actually do search on this and after all i myself was guilty too. i had 2 cheating softwares myself even tho i used it for gta online livestreams with niko and for other games without my intention it was injected to rage multiplayer . used it or not i am margined "hacker" and was flagged cheats and not going to lie i was tempted to lie and first but i never did because lying wont get my anywhere. ive been an admin myself in 2015 and i remember how the HID would catch ban evaders and hackers even tho we had a system where we record everything and thats what i suggested. I mean eclipse is a larger community so i think punishment was fair and after all i think the punishment on me and 40-50 odd others was fine but there should be a chance to appeal and speak to admins about it. Anyways the situation is argueble but after all i dont see much wrong since we might have broken the rule of atleast having a hack . (all what i said was my personal opinion and i dont represent others in this reply. there might be innocent people banned too which i dont know but in this reply i am strictly representing myself.)

i used to play a game called barn buddy when i was 10 and i used to hack in that as i remember . i then started playing csgo and dota which i would not cheat on due to the competition , i played samp for 10 years i didnt hack because its not hackble but because i am smart enough to know u get auto banned for hacking same with eclipse i know how advanced the system is so i wouldnt hack on rage.

lets say for example ballin used hacks on temple run does that mean ballin uses hacks on eclipse?

So recently there has been alot of key community members, fisherman, doc guards, cops ,shooters and basically civil roleplayers out of no where is getting caught in a ban wave and a lot of these people were either banned just because their pc had a hack for another game or they didnt hack at all and prolly ban for clearly installing some mod. And when the community questions the staff what proof the admins got they would just reply with the : "the anti cheat system detected " line. We all know that eclipse roleplay has a better anti cheat system than microsoft , valve or Rockstar games . So basically the individual zez was banned for speaking bad about the server without proof but i find this funny since you ban players without hacking proof and just because your anti cheat detects it.

 

But just because your AC detected you should not ban us like nothing. We spent our blood,time ,efforts and most importantly donated to keep the server and community strong and not only that but people like me and niko streams the server and bring in playerbase to the community and as a respect back to the players  as owners of the server @NBDY @Osvaldon hear us out.

But Hack bans should be perm and the player should not be allowed to even appeal only if proven. I personally suggest these steps taken for that before someone of hacking on your server: 

a hacking investigation team where only senior admins + has access to and they will fill in the forms.

1) Lets say player Ruki cake has been detected for hacking/unautharized software. So basically Nbdy or a Senior admin + makes a thread/file against Ruki on the hacking investigations thread and flag him with suspicious hacks where only admins are able to see.

2)The admins will be aware of the situation and of the specific individual hacking and they will start speccing the individual from time to time and if any fishy activity happens they record the situation and post it on the thread rukis hacking file which only Senior admins+ can see. they will review the evidence and if there is 2+ videos of blantant hacking the ban should be issued.

3) On the appeal if the player doesnt not accept the fact he hacked and asks evidence, you slap with them with evidence and extend the ban for an extra 4months.

 

This is what i thought all of yesterday, Right now whats happening in ban appeals is accept the fact your hacking or your not getting unbanned and of ballinbynature copy pasting the same reply on 40 odd appeals forcing people to accept something they did do/didnt do. I might be banned for even speaking up but as a community to grow you should listen to your players too. 

I would love to hear from what needs to be added to this suggestion or what needs to be removed from the community. Kindly i ask you to dont take your ic beef/toxicity with me on this thread.

Expected behavior:  So basically when the other party does /startgame 80 percent of the time you just see 2As but you dont actually have 2 A's and every time this happend the expected behaviour is a lost. I personally did like 10 rounds with this bug and i lost all my money due to it and it shows that the cards are not randomized and it automatically gives advantage to other player. Also i would like to make a note when i reported this bug to the other party playing he decided to flip the cards when he got shit cards and claim he got bugged too but when i ask evidence he doesnt provide any . Therefore this bug is abused in many ways.

Life story of a Cake

Ruki Cake was born in a small town of San Andreas to a poor family whose parents were farmers and for Ruki, her childhood was full of struggles however Ruki always found that beast and survivor in herself since childhood and faced all the challenges she had alone fighting hunger, poverty, and dreams. Unfortunately, both Ruki's parents who were activists against this poverty movement were assassinated by the mayors corrupted guards and Ruki eyewitnessed her parents begging for their lives and the guards with one retired cop included showed no mercy to these poor people. Ever since this incident happened, Ruki grew up in a children's home with one goal which was to get the revenge from all corrupt cops and bring peace to where ever she is going to live in the future. Ruki had to face a lot of harassment at the children's home but when she was around 17 years old she escaped to the town of Plaeto with two of his friends who he made at the children's home. Joe McCoy and Nathan Hellman.

 

First Job and the Motor Cycle Club

Ruki got his first job at the Los Santos Customs and she was one of the most active mechanic with the towtruck.She noticed a bit of the corruption and favourism towards some employees and Ruki couldn't keep it to herself therefore she Spoke up. But, Speaking up did not do her any good. She then noticed that after speaking up that she was been promoted very slowly and she really did not how it worked at LSC therefore she decided to take a break from LSC and continue oil mining which was her part time job. She would return back to LSC reinstating as a mechanic after a month. Ruki is always known as a cheerful ,loyal and jolly person who likes to fuck around during the free time but be serious during work. So one fine day she decided to go to the LSC and plant a fake c4 which was noticed by  two individuals who did not like Ruki that much and they decided to make drama out of it and report it to the manager like something really serious which end up getting Ruki fired. Ruki was not upset about this at all. Ruki knew she was able to join bayview anytime with the invite of his friend Tyrone Cox therefore Ruki headed to Bayview and started her job. Sooner or later Ruki found bayview the best place to work. Chill managers who would understand jokes and actual humble leaders who would understand Ruki is and help her grow. During this time, Ruki joined MotorCycle club of Los Santos under the invite of Ava Holding and really enjoyed her free time with the motorcycle club family while working at bayview as a fulltime job. But then one fine day Ruki was pulled over by a cop for speeding at an emergency situation which Ruki tried to explain her best of what the situation of and why she had to speed.But then the cop attempted to arrest her which instantly made Ruki hit a flashback of when her parents were murdered. Ruki pulled out her .50 and killed the officer and attempted to escape to kill 2 more cops who were trying to taze her. This situation got Ruki into jail for 10 years and got her removed from both Bayview and MC.

Trying to become a better citizen

Ruki was finally free as she finished her sentence and came back into the town empty handed. She knew first she had to get the money , power and respect in order to go to her goals. Therefore she started to look for jobs around town and met with Xoza Shadow who is the PD commander as well as the owner of the Atomic Autos. Ruki had business in her blood and she used to find people to buy cars from atomic and she did her best to promote atomic in any way she could. Sooner or later Ruki started becoming known for been one of the legit people to deal with and if someone needed to buy a car they would contact Ruki to middleman or to buy a car. She became really good at earning money and started helping people buy their dream car in any way she can. She would over extend the kindness and offer money to people as loans so they can have their first car. Ruki noticed the increase of scammers in the city and she started her own life invader page called "scammers exposed" which she exposed scammers on. Ruki won Xozas heart as well as the citizens and she continued to be who she is earning as much money she can.

Sweet but a psychopath

While working, Ruki heard that one of his besties in LSC named Harvey Pearson was been by a women named Lisa Akam.This was not a random scam on someone.It was her own brother from another mother been scammed by a poker addict. Ruki tried to be nice and talked to Lisa , But she attempted to bluff and lie and by this time this lady has already sold Harveys Massarco and gambled it to loose. This made Ruki really unhappy so one fine day she kidnapped Lisa Akam and torture her to death . She hid the death of Lisa Akam for months until the corrupt officer who hated Ruki named Jason Steel found about this and arrested her directly for Murder and once again Ruki was been jailed for bringing justice to someone. During her time in prison she started getting flashbacks to her parents death mainly because it was Jason Steel's father who killed Ruki's parents therefore Ruki had huge plans on how to torture Jason Steel to death. Thinking of such things she started taking medicine for mental illness and it was start been noticed around.  Once Ruki came out of prison, She straight went from beauty to a beast. First thing she would do was to beat up someone by the side of the road and take his bike. She started getting violent day by day and she was affiliated with many crime groups doing deals with very known gangs, Buying tables from them and hosting partys in order to get citizens addicted to heroin.

[Improvements to Oil Mining]

i have been oil mining since the job started and atleast oil mine 10 hours per day since then.

i have to disagree with you. my personal idea is to buff up ore mining again and maybe add a few more jobs instead. oil mining right now is good as it is . its just that this is the only legal job you can make good cash with so people cluster up here. . a step was taken to nerf rvs and it goes at 10 now and i mean it didnt stop me from mining even tho others stopped.

 

my suggestion would be to buff up mining again since its dead and maybe add a few scripted jobs

anyways i dont want to be toxic but my main idea for you guys is to gain some experience first before starting off like this. It takes alot to be an offical gang. I like the story but i dont find the relation of it as the guy above me said.

can i add a few suggestions to this ? .

1)ok lets say the aztecas wants to steal trials materials/out come product. if so they have to capture the area for 1 hour irl time with a command like /capture with 5 + members of the aztecas in the premises. new life rule should /should not be applied on what you think i have not thought of that yet.

2) with this new system aldari reccomends how about we build up a rp where gangs have to use man power who are out of gang to function these (civils) . and also 1 question. so lets say i mine for around 10 hrs and fill my rv. are rival gangs allowed to rob me for my materials or is there going to be rules against it?
