It's not even primarily a matter of free exercise, it's a matter of free expression, and free association. Similar anti-mask laws have already been ruled unconstitutional by the SCOTUS, as they violate the First Amendment on those grounds. All it takes is one good lawsuit against the state and you'll be paying out on piggy-back civil suits for years! Mark my words this mask law is illegitimate and cannot be allowed to stand! This update does nothing to bring the law into compliance with the First Amendment. The People must resist this violation of our constitutionally-guaranteed rights!
