  1. Factions gotta have 10+ people show up to anything they do or they are nothing. Divide your faction into groups which makes the server more alive and more balanced. The fact that you gotta go into a faction to even do anything crim in this server is the problem. And y'all are 100% part of it.
  2. Right, all our doors were closed, no one was able to be spotted inside and yet they gotta breach? Even if we were not online they would've raided the house? That means if I just find a raidable place. I attempt to raid them hope some other people with guns show up, shoot without silencers, hope to kill some people/get killed on the drive way. And the police will raid the place and the owners of the house don't even need to participate in the shootout! Right great practice.
  3. It's more healthy to have multiple smaller groups doing something else, it 1. Makes the server more alive due not everyone from one faction being at the same spot 2. You don't have to pull your whole faction to a different spot because someone is being held up 3. Even smaller groups have a chance to do something, as explained me as a 2-3 person group cannot go about to raid a house structure, fail the boltcut? 8+ people show up great. People show up to raid me? 8+ people show up. great. If you're raiding someone a random 3rd party group should not just come in and attack the raiding party. You seem really out of touch on this. Yesterday I was just looking at doors to see if any were for sale, a cop rolls up to me tells me to id myself and calls for backup 3 cars show up with heavy arms. A helicopter for someone that went 5 over the speed limit is MENTAL. When police ram my vehicle within 5 seconds of a chase or at speeds up to 150+km/h it's not appropriate. Apparently not, 2 groups fight around my house they die on my roof, driveway and all around the house. People inside were hidden, and yet the police went to breach anyway. No indication there was anything inside. Out of touch. Do you even realise how many people just have 1 drug table on their roof in their garden or w/e and dump them full of cooking supplies 20+ and just come back 10 hours later to find the table gone but cooked 25+ drugs? If someone calls you a faggot in a heated argument it shouldn't be a instant reportable offence. ?? I said they SHOULD NOT be able to rejoin the fight. That happens tho a lot. It's not the case, a admins response time is 30 minutes+. If my car stalls due a scuff/you cannot get on a bike due a scuff it's way to late for an amin to fix that situation. This actually makes no sense at all. More freedom in this aspect means there's way more to gain. More factions means more conflicts, more chance to RP with other factions. Factions with more people can gain more power? Gain better options? W/e the options are unlimited. A police vehicle ramming a civ vehicle at speeds up to 150+km/h wouldn't destroy a vehicle? Or kill the people inside either car? Almost all jumps with ramps and shit are blocked with server props so no stunt jumps are not possible. A lot of the times you see police vehicles ramming something full speed head on and just keep on driving.
  4. Well it wasn't everything tbh, plenty of things scattered around my other places. That's also not the actual point of the story. What bothers me is that a faction with 10+ people that can import anything they want feels the need to rob a house with 2 and sometimes 3 people online for a spotted weapon. They show up with 8+ people and heavy weaponry what for us is really hard to come by. Then those people get shot by a random other group that feels the need to steal weapons of them. And even tho we had not shot / had shot minimal times to protect ourselves we are the ones getting raided whilst they are the wrongdoers in this story. I mean If I tell y'all we had nothing to do with the shootout that happened and yet you gotta be teasing and rude toward the person you're raiding that is just scummy behaviour.
  5. So yesterday I found myself being raided by a large group of people, no idea who they were as to my knowledge no prior interactions with any of those people. Anyhow they show up with numbers which I believed to be 8 or more, ofc I've no actual idea how many people there actually were, since i never left my so called "bunker". Why a big group/faction feels the need to raid a group of 2 to max 3 people is already outside of my imagination but alright. I had my suspicions about them wanting to raid this house structure because prior to them trying to raid some other people showed up and were witnessed using CTRL + X on the same said structure. I oocly told them to have their POVs ready because I was making a report. After a lengthy talk with the admin that took my /report I was told they decided to raid a 2 to 3 player house structure with I believed 8+ people with heavy weaponry such as shotguns, assault rifles and w/e FOR a spotted weapon on one of two people, which most likely had to be a .50 Pistol. The greed those players have towards the smaller non-faction groups, whilst being with quite some people and able to ship in w/e they want is INSANE to me. So anyway while they are trying to bolt cut the door a new group shows up which I believe were people from the faction Mandem due pms I received later. So the second group sees the raid group with weapons and w/e and decide to third party the raid group and blast them for their weapons thus we come back to the greed people have. Without anyone inside firing a shot bodys start dropping all around the house. Imho I think mandem attacked the raid group because I think some of their members tried to get in days prior and were unsuccessful and were killed, and thus now baiting the cops to the same house they had dead at. Why mandem people lied to the raid party is beyond my comprehension We've got nothing to do with mandem or any faction that is active. Why I also still believe this was a coordinated attack is because when i saw two of the people that the police took they were laughing out loud? No remorse for all the dead people/friends/group members. Anyway they shoot each other people die and guess what?! obviously the police shows up why? People in either groups are shooting without silencers, makes no sense to do that at all. Right the police show up, as there were maybe a couple shots fired with silenced weapons from inside when at least 50% had already died to protect ourselves there should be almost to no link to the house as everyone inside was hidden and no bullet holes were close to us. The police decide to breach anyway? Which is already disgusting imho. So at this point the police decides to raid your house because one group wants to raid you because they seen you with a weapon LMAO, and then a second group fights them for their weapons. 2 Groups fight all around your house and you get the blame for it! Now the disgusting behaviour of SOME of the Police that showed up. With like 5-10% being involved in the actual shooting and killing of those players the police celebating that they get to raid your house and making fun of you like wtf? You gotta open your saves? They look inside and be like HAHAHAHAHAHA THIS GOTTA HURT?!? Like it's all some funny shit. Taunting you after that shit as well is insanity, being raided by the police without even being 100% involved in all of it and them taunting you and making fun of you is disgusting. All the police care about is winning. Fun times losing all your shit because of GREED of bigger factions/groups.
  6. I hope we things we all can agree on some things! Please add your own suggestions or things you that you should change about mine. Make factions/gangs more accessible, either still with the same ooc menu and admin verification or something completely new(Phone app/Laptop function). Factions/gangs don't require a forum post and a lot of rp, but when factions/gangs post a lot of rp and such they will get rewarded with things the "no forum rp" factions/gangs don't have/get. Change vehicle mechanics up. Overall less damage taken when hitting something, even less damage when just scraping the sides of the vehicle, less chance to stall out a vehicle, less fuel consumption. Able to have in depth control of vehicle permissions. Giving a player a permanent key of your vehicle is all fun and games till they need to repair it. So a control panel in/around the vehicle when you ctrl+x your own vehicle, where you're able to give a player certain permissions for your vehicle. Examples: I own a scout and I want one of my mates to have keys to the doors but not to start the vehicle? (not 100% sure) I would give them door keys only? Other person can drive too, so you give them permissions for that too, should they be able to park the vehicle in a public garage too? And ofc let other people that are able to drive your vehicle because you gave them keys for that repair those vehicles as well. Able to lock your glovebox for when having strangers in your vehicle or something like that. Able to be breached when in driver seat and with a lockpick or screwdriver?(With skill checks? Or something new?) Or be able to be breached without skill checks with a crowbar but takes a amount of time. (Local vehicle only) Lock Picked a local vehicle? Stalled the vehicle by accident or some other person rammed you? Imo you should be able to start this same vehicle without doing the same 50 skill checks again. When you are inside the vehicle you should be able to lock the vehicle as well, leave it locked when you go out? out of luck lock pick it again. Able to find/upgrade Local vehicles that are able to compete with the police. Or be able to "mask" your own vehicle so you won't be instantly tracked by the police for the next 100 days when you do something illegal. Remove the stupid toll points in the map please. Change house menus to the menus the apartments use for permissions and such. Do you have keys to a house? Able to see if the house is locked or unlocked in the context menu. CTRL + X on a prop should make the selected prop red or w/e color not invisible. Have a set hotkey for starting a lockpick instead of using CTRL + X. (make the lockpick a weapon to hold when equipped just click the car to start lockpicking?) A sorta toolbox for your vehicle when it's stalled and won't start. This toolbox will give you a certain amount of meters to drive?/ A force start of the car to drive it a certain amount of meters? Vehicles that used a toolbox/a force start are hard to drive and should not go full speed. A tow truck service job Private or Public (not sure about that), should be assisting police when they want to impound a vehicle, assisting players when they broke down(will bring the vehicle to a mechanic spot, vehicles in deep water should be impounded(oocly deleted/destroyed) deleted by those tow truckers as well thus no more instantly deleting vehicles that are dropped in a puddle of water. Pistols that are not equipped so just in the inventory should not show on the outside of the clothes, those pistols should have a small equip timer tho so people cannot abuse it. Or when equipped from the inventory the player gets into a animation of putting a new magazine in the weapon? Add more things to skill checks. Change the transparency of the current skill checks to make it more visible. Remove water refill skill checks or make it fill automatically till your inventory is full when the first skill check is completed. More functionality on the phone, such as group chats, share your contact details with nearby players, (gang app as discussed in first point), rework the msgs interface. I have multiple open conversations with the same person which is really annoying, add missed calls tab? Add timestamps to calls/msgs and such. Remove the warehouse blue circles on the ground. Change all context menus from warehouses to be the same. Able to sell multiple items / a whole crate to the chopshop NPC at once? Or either just change up how that whole thing works. Radio frequency support for 2 decimal numbers. So 123.55 Different ways to rob an ATM (more risk more reward?) Able to press e on furniture doors to open/close them instead of the looking for the context menu to unlock. Support actual scripted racing with pre made tracks but is illegal.(Prices. phasing, (leaderboard)) Some sort of way to gain some armor 1-30%? Increase Helicopter sound and visibility. Make banks robberies accessible to smaller groups 2-5 players. Able to look inside the trunk of vehicles at High end/Low end. Not able to put anything in there. Rule changes suggestions.
  7. ONLY SUGGESTIONS. I would like to start off by saying imho we need some changes for at least the people that are not in factions or are playing in smaller groups. So not all the people want to be a part of the current faction system/ or just don't want to be in a faction. But because getting your own faction/gang here is not that easy, there are either people that play with smaller numbers or they join on the the existing factions, due this reason the factions that do exist have sometimes quite a lot of members. from 14 to 33, if all of those players are online at the same time they could in theory all go to the same place to do a bank robbery/raid a house structure or anything of that manner. For example: a faction with 25 members has currently 15 members online, someone spots a different player with a big house structure and has a weapon and maybe see a car or 2 go in and never come out, those 15 members could all go to that house structure to raid the said player, this player could be alone, or with some friends doing his thing. If 15 people show up there is nothing you as a small group could ever do to defend your own house and belongings. So here for the rule changes A max group size for activities such as going to a lab, robbing a player, bank robberies, going to raid a players house/chop and all the others ofc. Where I would suggest max being 4/5. If more players are around due there being a meeting or something faction/gang related when a different group is going in for a house/structure raid they can all help. Should always keep video proof of why there are more than 5 players active at that location, no excuses to have more people at a lab/bank robbery and a house raid that you're doing. Max group size also goes for Police/FBI w/e. Since cops should still have dominance over the situation their group size should be determined by players being chased/arrested, if more players show up for the chase or w/e(max group 4/5) more police could ask for more assistance. So for group size: 1-2 criminals max 5 police, 3-5 criminals max 7-8 police. Keep in mind those are only suggestions. No third party bs. So when you see a group raiding a players house/ taking over a lab you do NOT try to shoot the people that are trying to raid for their weapons. So also no other groups from different gangs/factions can be called to help or w/e. No actually killing of a downed player within seconds of them being downed.(I think finishing people should be removed all together.) Players should be at least down for some minutes before they take slow damage and bleed out/can finish themselves while holding a button. The police force should not roll up with maxed out equipments such as Assault rifles and shotguns and w/e for a simple traffic stop. Same goes for the police helicopter being in the air before anything even happened at the police stop. When chasing other players whether it's police or other criminals in a car there should be no ramming/pitting the other car on high speeds like 120+. Police should also not use excessive force when nothing really happened yet. The police should imo at least have evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that when there was a shootout near/around a house the house was involved in the shootout before breaching it/raiding it. Otherwise you just hold up/lure some groups around a house of people you don't like either get shot yourself or shoot them and the house gets raided too. In house cooking is nerfed to the ground which is not a problem by itself. Cooking in and around your own house should be possible and it is, in house is not worth it since the tables will explode after like 1,5 cook without watering. Solution! People place their tables in a rv, on their roof, in their garden, somewhere in the wild? They fill them said tables to the brim with supplies and just let them cook till they explode? So inside the house 1 table yield 1,5 cooks, outside/rv it would yield like 20 cooks per table? Yes I get the risk involved in placing the tables outside but still just letting them cook till they explode is just weird. Tables that explode inside or outside or in a RV should all expect the same behaviour from police. Not a house raid for inside and nothing for the other two. Tables should not be setup to explode, as it should be considered NON-RP whether it be in the wild(nature fire) on a roof(House fire same as inside) or in a RV where there would be nothing left of the said RV. Outside tables should NOT be setup near large populated areas without some sort of extra equipment. Some other rule changes I would like to see. Bank robberies/store robberies should not be a go in crab cash and leave thing, players should be able to take a hostage(no admin / ooc needed if its only for a job) the kidnapper should respect the hostage, but hostage should still fear for his life and comply. The police should put the hostages life on the first place. Calling people slurs should not be instantly reportable, yet it should not be used excessively and when asked not to slur players should respect this. NLR changes since even when people get finished when downed they don't really forget what happened. They should yes but they don't. Thus either remove the finishing aspect or change this rule up a bit. When a downed player gets healed at a hospital, the player should not be able to rejoin the fight right away. In case of scuff(something weird due a bug/ script bug) players should have the chance to "try again" Change up faction rules and requirements, make this more accessible to everyone. Allow some stunt jumps to at least give a criminal a chance to evade. Right now police vehicles seem to be better than criminal cars in all aspects. gameplay changes suggestions.

Date and time (provide timezone): 30/SEP/23 Character name: Shane Oega Issue/bug you are reporting: Local NPC vehicles not despawning after being lockpicked and half-chopped (Tires and doors removed) on their spawn point. Since the vehicles are not hotwired/started and moved the despawn timer doesn't start, but since people take the wheels, doors and such no one is going to start them, and because of that the vehicles will stay there indefinitely or till someone starts the car/gets despawned by a staff member. Expected behavior: Cars despawn after a certain time of being opened and half-chopped and don't wait to be started and moved before getting the despawn timer. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Lockpick a vehicle, don't start the vehicle and with a carjack take the wheels, doors, bonnet and trunk, the vehicle won't despawn after this.
