Please include in the options to buy and manage farms that aren't located at your traditional place, have fields able to be planted out in the open, and include animals that can be fed and raised to full growth. Making the cycles matched to the size of area you can plant, I think a whole rework of the farms is in order. This would give overall business a completion and reward for being an employee there.
Have manageable and buy able chicken coops that can be placed down, and ensure they can be fed by what you can grow and process.
Turn the refineries and drop off points for the current farming system into drop off management points that can be used to turn raw plant and farm products into usable food or meal products for cattle and chickens.
Give hay bails a vehicle you can unload and load into and then can drop off one by one in a pasture and feed animals.
With the inclusion of grass in certain areas, we can easily have manageable pastures and fields for free range animals. Include we can boost their growth rates by feeding them extra food.
Add in fences we can build to section off certain farms with permission from staff or built in with buyable fields and a UI option to place them down.
Ensure proper systems are in place to ensure farmers come first and they are looked after for their efforts and ensure that there is a wicked system in place they can play with.

-1 People should be able to change their names freely, I believe any objection to this is not appropriate for the server as we can link the name changes eventually in the name of the law to uphold order.
Perhaps the first time fee should be higher to deter criminals doing a quick swap.

-1 He seems to imply that starting with stop and searches of suspected criminals is against the law and I frankly do not agree with that opinion. People should be allowed to dress how they want but they will suffer the consequences in high crime areas as suggested by past police behavior.

That is good to hear, I was worried at the start about this early release of prison time unlockings, but not any longer, its seemed to make the cops more aggressive in protecting farmers and ensuring the future success of startup companies of all types in the country style towns and throughout the state.

+1 Add some elements to farming and i'm in on this as well, the amount of potential progression farming has is massive to generate interest in careers and aspects of life that only come about with role play job progression.
Maybe have larger fields, or additional pay per bag added in to boost the income after some time farming.
An XP bar maybe that boosts income? We could make it cut off 1/3 of the job to by taking out a rake trailer cycle or a weeding cycle as well to show that we only need to do a smaller amount of the job as our experience has increased were we do it right the first time.

The Farmers Union was started by Brandon Powers and his founding principles of give respect, get respect, stand proud.
We are a group of farmers that believe in safety and equality in the fields, we participate in actions and put out advertisements to bring about help and awareness to our cause. We seek to keep the fields safe and protected from any and all threats and work toward full secure working hours.
We all know as of late the farmer career has taken a slight uptake on its applicants, and we accept that with open arms just so long as we can expand with it, ensuring equal success to farmers and farmers groups all around.
We are now taking applicants who want to help manage and run board of committee membership searching committees to help improve our group overall. Anyone interested is welcome to apply here on our website.
As we seek to improve our community step by step, we are now taking donations to help gather support for our cause and to place ads in awareness campaigns of our struggle as farmers and the aid we need in improving our relationships with one another in order to secure victory here as farmers as a whole.
In order to secure overall advantage here we are focusing on finding new farmers to benefit greatly with in the future by working together now.
We are primarily a charity driven service and require donations from citizens to keep our operations running. Most of our advertisement costs are covered by existing members but we also take business and citizen backed donations for the awareness campaigns for safe farming practices for everyone.

Oh i see that is quite the issue isn't it, lots of times, a gangsters fallback is the trucking companies because it does resemble drug dealing, so to take that away is a disrespectful, ill thought out stupid move in my books.
