I'm looking to buy a large house or mansion with a nice property, I'm looking to use it as a motorcycle clubhouse, and was hoping for some large country villa or airport like location.

24 hours is nothing compared to keeping the server interesting.

Basically we want this to be a function in our game, its an entire pot field that has everything laid out and ready for harvest come a full cycles growth.
This is only partiially what we want to see, theres no telling exactly what UI parts they will use to be able to make minigames for the weed.
I would like to see this implemented in the near future as this server has been out for some time and its good for big changes to happen early on to improve things for every player.

We here at the Miners Union believe in equality and safety for all. We ensure that we focus on protective measures and push for higher wages for our members. We here at the Miners Union were founded under the principals of give respect, get respect, and work hard. Ensuring we are always on the cutting edge of defense measures to fight off thieves, we watch for thefts of vehicles left to be used as transport vehicles, and ensure people are allowed to freely move about without getting attacked.
Ensuring safety and better quality of living for all miners, we want to ensure they are all still alive at the end of the day in one of the most dangerous jobs in the world.
To enact this objective, we are going to hire cheap and almost volunteer time guards with just a tip essentially to keep them armed and dangerous at the end of the day.
We want to put together these forces but its going to come with almost relentless focus on safety and security for all our members.
For that we need donations, money we can put towards ensuring members are safely guarded throughout their work, and that problem areas are addressed immediately.
At the end of the day its all about respect for one another and our craft, and we will maintain that at all costs.

You know we could get the trolley system in place from other mods you know, and say scrap the buses but then its not as serious and fun.

Just wait, one day buses will be huge in city just you watch. And in order to see that dream realized, buses are some of the best tools at showing intent in a server that is serious to see it come to be one day.

1+ We need this for everyone, i agree it would be a fun party item with movies being made as a major ego boost on acting out their intentions faster and in better form.

-1 I'm a farmer and I run the Farmers Union, I think the recent robberies will die down when more police get involved, as crews lose interest when more police are involved at a favorite spot to rob people.
