As long as the armor has a set price, I don't mind agreeing with this suggestion.

It has been made for a reason, if that didn't exist then there would be a more larger time of waiting for anyone who is applying and not everyone would get a chance to even get accepted. Plus it would create an absolute mess of applications if that didn't exist. It also gives people time to actually properly understand the rules that there is and be able to pass without a doubt after learning them for those hours. I don't agree with what you said.

If you are wondering when your application will be reviewed it can take up to 72 hours, or even more because of the amount of applications that are being sent in.

This problem is going to occur as it has been around since San Andreas Multiplayer. The best thing you can do is take it in because it happens to a lot of people, it might get fixed one day, it can be fixed but it's close to impossible.
