I agree, the whole NCZ thing makes you helpless and I think it should be changed, but then again maybe it should be different at the MD,PD and the Bank
also In the past I was very annoyed of the police literally robbing my vehicles after arrest taking my burgers etc but I got used to it

7.4.1 Kill on sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay.
7.4.2 A player is allowed to KoS someone, only for specific reasons, that are not older than 24 real world hours, and if the

• The life of your friend or ally is threatened at the present or if you have witnessed it happen in the past;

(this point excludes vehicles);The 24 hour KOS rule should be increased, to 48h maybe even up to week
Reasons :
1. It makes no sense to get shot by someone and finding them 25 hours later not being able to shoot back, if the time is increased it would happen a lot less often.
2. 24h is simply not enough time, it requires both of the parties to be online at the same time and find each other on a huge map.
