I am ASTONISHED to see that the CEO of a five person company is talking down to such fine gentlemen. We do not, I repeat, DO NOT represent DCC and your accusations made my son cry! I remind everyone that DCC has better customer service and pricing than these blinkers and they do not rob people unlike Uber!

What a horrible business!!!

I called your "COMPANY" to take a ride from my house to the bank, and the driver sped the whole time and hit a few trees, almost running over a few pedestrians! Then when I got there, it cost 750 which is fine and I asked him to wait to go back to my house, and then when I got back he was gone! So I had to phone to get him to come back ! Which meant I was late home for dinner. Once I got home (more speeding, may I add!) The driver told me it's $1500 even though it should only be $750 max? and when I refused to pay he pulled a large weapon on me! I informed management but nothing has been done, so I will not be using this service again, EVER!!! I recommend people instead head down to Downtown Cab Co for the cheapest fares and best quality rides in this city!
