  1. This issue isn't only limited to selling/buying vehicles, it also randomly occurs when logging in or interacting with your vehicle after some time. I've been trying to route the source of the issue as it is very common, but cannot find it. It appears to be a random circumstance to random vehicles.

  2. Hi there,

Please ensure that GTA V is not using cloud save data. Follow this link to learn how - make sure you select "Local Save Only". https://support.rockstargames.com/articles/225410988/GTAV-PC-Cloud-Saves

Furthermore, if you notice a pop-up tell you that GTA is already running, open up the task manager and close all Rockstar, GTA and Steam processes, then re-load.

If you have issues after doing the above, please make a bug report with error messages presented to you.

  3. I am rather active in-game and I have seen a total of 3 notifications sent to LSPD and assisted in 2 sent to SD in the past 3 months. The frequency of receiving these notifications is extremely rare. Most of the times we manage to intercept a drop is because of an actual player being an informant, not the script - but that is IC.

The chances of receiving a notification are very slim, likewise the chances of the NPC giving the information are also very slim. The system as it is now works well as it's not realistic for crims to freely import without a need to feel worried about interception.

When I was playing crim not so long ago (on the current import system) out of roughly 10 imports, only 1 was compromised.

I think the current system is very balanced as it gives the importers the fear of compromise, but also a very good chance at a free drop. As above, it's very slim for us to find out from the script.

It is whole different thing, and yes ofc because to use IC Chat you need to type, to do an action you need to type as well.
you don't get the point, the point is, majority of people don't care about your RP, lets say, i'm doing an action that i'm standing on my knees after get cuff, due to the cuff script not allow you to do /down i'll just write a /me , i can believe that no one will notice it, i'm not attacking you personally or something, but this is the fact and the truth of eclipse roleplay, no one cares about another player's RP , they just want to do have a chit and chat conversation and stuff. meanwhile you forgot the BASIC "RP" itself. you don't develop your own character. people laugh when there is someone got ran over, majority of people barely using their behavior to their prior event. lets say a car crash. i'm gonna take one of example. I literally just got ran over, i did the animation and /me /do, they still yelling "hands now hands , hands" dude i'm fucking dying , i got ran over ? i want to RP not to get jail and done done?

No offense phillipe, i like your RP, Peace ^^v

    1) NonRP: The reason why teamspeak is used is because the ingame-radio frequencies can get congested and its easier to see who is speaking (and online) by using teamspeak. This is completely unrealistic and using teamspeak to for "ease" and "commodity" to bypass this is also unfair.

This is an alternative method approved by senior staff. We have trialled in-game frequencies before, but as there is no script-support for being on two frequencies at the same time (like IRL for Police) we have to use an alternative (strictly moderated) method.

    2) Unfair Advantage: PD/SD can see who is online, who is on joint frequency, exchange information and many other actions with the hopes that it is not used for meta gaming.

The ECRP TS is used for much more than just PD/SD cop rp. Most of the people in the teamspeak are members of other GOV factions, but not on-duty, just talking with friends. The same advantage you are referring to can also be /fmembers in game for gov/official factions. This is not just a PD/SD thing.

    3) Metagaming: Teamspeak is the main culprit for much of the metagaming issues with PD/SD.

This is simply not true and is a baseless claim - unless you are withholding evidence? Any issues that arise, are instantly acted upon. Furthermore, as mentioned above, someone who wants to metagame, will metagame. The ECRP TS is heavily moderated and is very strict on what can/cannot be said when playing. This is a much better alternative to a few players sitting in an unmoderated discord group call.

Stop using teamspeak and use the in game radio frequencies to manage joint frequency communications.

As above, we have tried. It is just unfeasable at the moment as we require two active radio channels at once.

This will also solve all the metagaming issues with using teamspeak and will create a more fair environment because at this point using it for "ease" and "commodity" is not acceptable.

As above, this is not a known issue. If you have evidence, please submit it for review in a player report.

And maybe even charges to not be scriptly stacked. So it can help keep the hours down. Maybe a script added, so once you reach a certain amount of hours while adding charges, it won't allow you to add more.

    This goes against RP.

Regardless on if there is a cap on time or not (I'm indifferent, it doesn't impact me whatsoever) a player should always be charged with all the accurate charges to accurately represent the RP their character got involved in. If they shoot 10 cops after holding one hostage then going on a dangerous pursuit around the city for hours, they should receive all charges on their record regardless of an OOC scripted restriction to accurately represent their character's actions. Having something prevent accurate recording of crimes goes against character development entirely.

As above, I'm indifferent on a proposed cap. People should focus more on realistically roleplaying a criminal character and not getting caught doing these crimes that create long sentences. People should be scared of prison.
