I don't think it's realistic for cops to magically get notifications for lock picking a car.
Most ncz zones people park their car in are actual parking lots, like tequilala and behind the bank block, which I personally don't see a problem with.

Issue/bug you are reporting:
When you cancel placement of a furniture, the item vanishes from your inventory, removed from the game. /removefurniture does not bring it back either so it's just gone.
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:
Use a furniture in a house
Press N to cancel it
it's gone

Depends on which mods, I'm not very up to date on the modding aspect of gta, but if a mod is solely visual it's allowed.

Capitalization matters. For example bob and Bob will be two different names. Try this please.

I tested this with the DMV UI, pressing E again while it's open will also crash the game.

If you report someone and you're breaking rules yourself, I think you should definitely get a punishment for it too. +1

Issue/bug you are reporting:
Dropping a bag with P, when holding it, with P, when the persistent item limit is reached, will make the bag disappear.
The bag doesn't drop, it's out of your inventory, and all items in it gone.
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:
Reach limit of persistent items in an interior.
Carry a bag in your hand.
Drop the bag with P.
Result: Bag vanishes
