Because I experienced awhile ago, I forgot the admin name he gave a notify for 5minutes to remove the cars but when I arrived at the bank before 5minutes my vehicle is already despawned. One more the vehicles at sandy shore medical they just despawn all vehicles w/o notify. 

    Anyway I don't want to argue anymore about this. Maybe a better Suggestion for TRANSPORTATION will do. Because it is really hard to run all over the map when you Dc'ed or some emergency events occured.

    The admins send the cars away, like a tow company would come and tow them all away. Unfortunately, there is no benefit at the moment for factions to impound 20 cars at the bank. Those who have paid for parking don't get towed.

    -1, keep getting rid of the cars there as it's ridiculous.

    Log off. It takes up to 72 hours.

    Maybe corruption wasn't the best word to chose, but the main thing is that COPS can't add or make new rules by themselves. 

    But lets agree on - that cops doesn't show good RP. I am not talking about low ranks, who might joined recently or still learning but I am talking about the upper ranks. They are using lethal weapons when not needed, they are driving in unmarked cars and later doesn't even introduce themselves as cops ( yeah OOC I see their badge number and I know that they are cops because of the blue name tag), by introducing i mean saying their name and badge number. Also 2 cops (not talking about low ranks again) stopping car with 8 guys inside is also poor rp, don't you think? 

    My idea is that cops should be punished IC more and the punishment can come by having lawyers or at least letting players defend themselves by using the penal code. 

    It is just my opinion and suggestion. Every person has the right to have their opinion.

    You can always IA report them in character using the LSPD website. I do agree on some points though.

In real life police Officers follows the Penal code and the server has one also: Check it here (Penal code 2018). But most of the them doesn't even know them or randomly adds the rules by the context. I don't mean that every single small detail should be written there, but it definitely has to be updated. 

    I believe that, especially higher ups, MUST know the Penal code.

     

    -1. Don't over complicate it. 4 dudes holding onto the sides is wreckless. Corrupt cops are allowed with admin permission. 

  24. Chopshop does real damage to the vehicles

    1. 1-5 minutes your vehicles simple parts, visual part are being taken out, which still lets your vehicle to move because none of the essential parts have been taken out (engine, transmission, wheels, etc) and can move at any point.

    2. 5-8 minute the engine gets stalled to a point that the vehicle is not usable anymore or if chop gets canceled during the 5-8 minute mark, It would require a mechanic to make the vehicle usable again.

    Because as it was stated, the car is being chopped so it cant be moved, although many do that, even run from there if danger comes by, PD shows up or real owner comes. If rply the car is being chopped then the owner if he successfully retrieves the car from chop, shouldnt be able to drive from there like nothing happened  because his car is missing parts in it also.
