Mhmm, so bad day for the PD means standards go out the window for people?

It's also not poor RP for PD to lie. His character, could be a shit cop. Whoever it is! Lying ICly isn't poor RP or fail RP etc. We get lied to by everyone all the time.

But it takes 10 hours to open after closing it so it takes two and a half hours.

It doesn't need to be any quicker. Honestly. If you can't get on to collect salary it'll wait for another day.

    Hello!

I'd like to suggest all menus (that are not yet changed) to be altered to look like our help menu, credit store etc. This wouldn't be a game-changing update, but still, something that would be pretty to look at, so we don't have menus with mixed looks.

    +1

Let me just clarify that these jobs are not targeted towards criminals but people that want to have a job without it being mechanic, police, medic.

    Some jobs ideas would be;

News Reporter: You would join and leave the job in life invader building and the target would be to capture clips with your camera that would be good viewing material for the citizens of Los Santos like police chases criminal arrests or advertisements for business owners. These clips would be uploaded to a  Lifeinvader app section  which was suggested by Denni

Janitor: A janitor would go to a custom made marker in the map and then be hired by business owners to clean a building's interior such as the DCC headquarters, Mechanic's headquarters, apartments/houses and businesses mentioned bellow

Judge: A judge would sentence criminals for serious or small charges and handle suing cases. (and more stuff judges do)

Lawyer /Attorney: Lawyers and attorneys would defend criminals in court and generally handle civil rights cases and more.

Private investigator: A private investigator would be hired to take photos or videos of people to showcase as evidence in the court of law or generally the client. The police could also hire a private investigator to get evidence o the could lock a person in jail.

Business owner: A business owner would own business such as the buyable properties from GTA Story Mode (cinemas, golf course and more) The Bahama Mamas nightclub and other nightclubs added to GTA with the Nightlife DLC in GTA Online. Moreover custom made interiors would be made for restaurants around the map. These businesses could also be used as fronts for criminal organizations for money laundering, drugs, and arms trafficking and more

As a big advocate for more civilian jobs. News Reporter is Weazel News ;). Judges and Lawyer/Attorney will be coming soon. +1 on the rest.

I agree with you another suggestion I will make is based on that like lawyers photographers private investigator and more .

As part of my suggestion, Lifeinvader. People could do legal stuff on there only.

    But +1 for dark web.

They never asked me why I was in the car, they straight up bypassed any form of RP and that is what annoys me. Then the felony evasion charge has no base in reality for I didnt do anything close to actually trying to get away.

Any chance they saw the switch? Any chance helicopter was above during this and followed you? If you stated you wanted to rat Tom Daniels out, surely that means you did help him?

So I had a interesting encounter with the PD just now. Tom daniels was being chased and follow by a helichopter. So we deviced a plan, once tom lost the last cruiser he was suppose to
go location where the heli counter see him and we would hide him as I got in the car. We did the switch successful and I drove off, in the speed limit mind you and let the PD catch up to me.
When the cruiser pulled up I pulled over INSTANTLY and asked them what is going on. When the PD realised it wasnt me they decide to charge me instantly and not start role play, as I was
willing to sell tom out because he "tricked" me. They declined my various attempts on my end even when people shot at the DOC and I said I was being targeted none of the officers wanted
any RP at all. In the end I was charged with assisting felony evasion ( you can make a case for this sure, even though I complied with EVERYTHING the PD asked of me ) and felony evasion itself.
Now why is that. Why is the PD refusing to end a chase with interesting RP. This drives criminal characters to treat the PD as NPC's and nothing will change in the DM/hands up this is rob culture
we currently have on this server.
Now I know not all cops are like this, yesterday when I decided to CK my mentally handicapped character some RP was thrown my way be Steele and Paige from the PD which ended up in a hour long session of getting a mentally handicapped man the help he needed. So I know is plenty of room to RP interesting cases. But today I feel, and correct me if im wrong, because tom got away and the PD lost they decided to swing their badges around and slap me with a max prison time because they can.

I feel this is a returning problem with the PD and situations like this make me not want to do interesting and fun ( hopefully ) rp for both sides. Next time I will just get a pistol and shoot at the cops because they are going to max sentense me anyway

I can get your point but you did assist in a felony evasion? So what didn't they role-play? I'm confused. They don't need to accept you selling him out do they? As part of their RP?

Then there'd be no incentive to do jobs.

Please see below. Just because I don't agree with your suggestion, doesn't mean negative rep should be given.

what is the fun in AFK'ing for 2 hours in prison? Rather have to possebility of doing some work there and get some money or some time of your penalty, then focefully having to AFK for 2 hours straight on game, that is supposed to give me some fun.

No, I agree. No fun for AFK. However, they shouldn't get reduced time. Maybe a small wage. I'm okay with that. Not reducing 2 hours sentencing for killing 3-4 people etc.

With dealerships though, they have in game tools that provide information and management. I still think there should a type of in game modification to promote real estate and holdings like this.

That's a whole different kettle of fish!
