  1. Unsure if they were done on the forums - the ones I have been involved in were in game or even if you look at any of the reports on PD/SD recently regarding labs, including the most recent one. I understand doing investigations and such but I feel like a more defined line of what is acceptable "investigating" vs trying to find a reason to raid a lab is needed. I personally have been involved when I was a ride along or as PD where they are just spam tracking gang rosters and the second they find one in a lab location, they are "investigating". I know the current mindset of crims is anything to do with cops is "not worth it" because of the lack of roleplay we are receiving and the W mindset we do face. A lot of crims won't even report as they feel it will go nowhere, the same with IAs and roleplay feedback.
  2. Make doing crime worth doing other than rolling labs and shooting other gangs. Store robberies, banks, etc are just simply not worth risking the 3 hours in jail. I hardly see a gang member outside of a lab if it isn't parking at this rate.
  3. The issue is, you say PD/SD do not aim to win or that it is a criminal sided PVP mindset causing this issue. I think it needs to be looked into on how PD/SD roleplay has been as well. There has been many times several PD members have aimed to cause a chase, a gunfight, etc out of boredom - their own words. Cops will speed trap right outside known open labs just in hopes they can find a reason to raid it. Things like this get reported and very rarely, anything is done about it. I can only speak for myself on the fact I have been IAing more and more as it's become overly frustrating as a crim. There isn't much for crims to do and if you do try to roleplay any other scenario minus the boring roll lab, shoot, evade, etc. - it is usually shut down immediately by LEOs who could not care less. You take a hostage? You get sniped within 2 minutes. You do a bank? Chances are you're being tazed off a bike. These are the things that need looked into ontop of the backup. I am not saying criminals are these amazing roleplayers because I agree, the server has become mainly PVP on all sides. Everyone's guilty - not just crims.
  4. I think you’re misunderstanding as well. We aren’t asking or expecting to win against cops. As stated, fighting cops is never the intention (atleast I speak for myself) - I was fighting another gang, cops showed up, DOC got called due to “low unit numbers”. Not because we were actively sitting there trying to wipe cops, we were trying to get away as in my experience, no criminal wants to fight cops and avoids it like the plague because it is unwinnable. The issue is the recent spike of using DOC/GOV for numbers in raids and gunfights. I am not speaking on the clap crews who go and purposely fight cops.
  5. 1) 200 AP isnt readily available to crims. Yes, it is out there but it isn’t something easily accessed or cheap. Cops have 150 AP but can change it out multiple times during a fight using FL. 2) We may have better guns but you guys have 4 factions and ooc pagers to use to continue the fight. Most gangs have 10-12 people on at a time, even if our guns are better, the overwhelming numbers of LEOs we fight outweights that. 3) The point of this is that we understand we are not meant to win easily but we should not be fighting waves of 30-40+ just to try and get away from a scene. I have rarely fought DOC but I have witnessed them showing up to raid labs (prior to a gunfight happening), helping in house raids, etc. In my specific situation last night, half of them weren’t in CERT gear. I didn’t wait around for more to show up - I shot the ones in the path to get to my vehicle and was met by 2 tarvs of DOC who sprayed me down. We did not have the intention to fight cops but unfortunately, they instantly shoot and involve themselves which is fine because its their job but you cannot expect us to not try to fight back. We lose a shit ton of money, cops lose nothing. We have to not only fight LEOs for our belongings but multiple other gangs so yes, we are all frustrated that the W mentality of “cops shouldnt lose” is the constant mindset. DOC and GOV shouldn’t be involved every single time cops start losing.
  6. im not going to make this an leo vs crim thing because it goes no where. all of DOC/GOV shouldn’t be back up for lab raids and gang fights. for example; ALL of DOC tonight left the prison unsupervised to come to a PD/SD vs gang fight. PD/SD lost the fight and DOC came and continued the fight to the point DOC was blsing me and putting me in trunk mid active gunfire and a corrections officer was my arresting officer. I genuinely don’t care that I lost a gun or ended in DOC but if gangs cant call backup, why can 4 legal factions come and fight just so cops receive a W? it isn’t realistic and i truly do understand it isn’t meant to be easy to win vs LEOs but this is just overkill atp.
  7. As someone who has been through it from male and females, this was one of the main reasons I left my factions (legal and illegal). It has been a huge issue and I don't think there is any rule or "punishments" that can fix it but there does need to be a safer place to address it. I have received major backlash or told to just "report" very uncomfortable situations publicly anytime I have spoken up which led me to just not report and to stay silent.
  8. you rob a store armed -> the cashier calls 911 -> cops go and check cctv and see the store is robbed by a guy with a gun -> we investigate. cops will start checking other stores as 95% of the time… criminals will hit multiple stores in a row. we don’t get alerted until after you guys are done robbing, therefore most of the time, you are gone by the time we get there. it isn’t camping, its doing our job. fear rp shouldn’t change just because we are doing our faction duties. what you are wanting is for cops to allow you to walk away from your actions with no consequences and thats not realistic in itself. every cop i know enjoys the chase but having to deal with people who refuse to comply and just disregard their life/roleplay to run at gunpoint isn’t enjoyable.
  9. as someone who mained crim for a long time and recently went PD, most of the time guns are pulled when the suspect has been hostile or the situation was hostile. i always have my tazer and so does every cop i partner with. tackle is hard when crims just dont comply or even roleplay with us. either way, all the reports are due to rulebreaks... not what we do icly.
