Regarding the Realism I understand how ever there should be a way to Reduce that time, Because as my self I have spent time and Money on this Character, Dont really want to go on a second account and when started did not know much about so the only Felonies I have are from the start of playing the server, now that I want to Clean up and become legal, I will need to wait a Long Period of time which ngl is kinda harsh. I would suggest something like at least either Reducing it in General or Applying a Way that Helps the ones that are actually looking to go clean can do to reduce that time such as Felony Reformation it self, by Doing Felony Reformation as example the time from 1 year gets reduced to something like 4-5-6 months or so, This way at least the ones like my self that are looking to actually clean their act.

@Requiem Agree with your Point and Fully Understand it, You can make it in a way like lets say the person whom made the food while on Duty still, Gets a tip as well like the person taking the order or Completing it, when a sandwich of which he made is sold, and it only works when he is actually still on the shift, so when he leaves it does not count anymore. or it can be an hourly bonus added to their salary which they Receive, for example when they cook, they can simply instead of a 900 Dollars made each hour, can make 1k or something extra, it really does not need to be a lot more, as long as its a bit more and feels that they are getting paid for their work it will be enough. The thing about it is, Cooking is simple but has a bit of work to it and orders usually take a long time to be filled so it wont be possible for them to abuse it, since ive been working with my gf at burger shot for a long time and usually people are to tired or lazy to cook and prepare sandwiches no disrespect to anyone its just because it has no interaction with others and you can make way more selling and completing, so people don't really like to be in the back, a simple extra money to the salary or the first suggestion would be really good. if I come up with any other point or some other method ill also mention it here, let me know how do you feel about these two methods. ty for the response as well

Hello I'm Randy and I had these Suggestions that would Improve Burgershot for the People as my Self that Enjoy working there how ever not sure how possible it will be in case my Suggestions are considered or approved 1. Making it that The Employees themselves Have a Discount when they need to eat/buy a sandwich or a Free Meal for a Certain amount of time that they Spent on Shift and Worked. 2. Making it Possible that the Person Cooking makes a Little More Money for Cooking the Food, As Example the person Cooking Receives on addition to their Salary an Extra 10$ for each Sandwich they Prepare, Since I have been working in Burgershot a lot Recently and its always the person Selling/Taking orders and Delivering is the one making those Extra amount of Cash in Tips, How ever the person Cooking is usually Left out which does not make sense since they are spending a long period of time to cook the items so that extra payment will help out in getting people to also cook and be in the kitchen as well and also will solve the problem of not having anything in the storage because thats what I have noticed all the time as soon as I start working at the Burgershot that there are no Meals Prepared and its always Empty. it can be Diff amounts for each item such as Burgers 10$ each sandwich prepared Taco and Subs 7$ for each prepared Hot Dogs since they are the most easy ones to make 3$ to 5$ each prepared obv if you guys will consider to apply such or if its possible you guys will come up with proper Numbers and a Method to Implement such, these are only examples of what I had in mind
