Agreed but not like that i think it's needs to be something like they have a treasury and the government gives them monthly payment like 20mil per month and this is their resources everything they do they consume from this resources spawn a car take armor weapons eta with different amount this will make them use tactics to save resources and doesn't get 15 cars and a heli to only chase one person cause it would be waste of resources and with looking at how much each cop used resources in the month if he wasted too much it gonna be strike or warning its needs to be something like that more realistic and more rp and they feel how much the stuff is hard to get not easy as they know.
