Alejandro Rivera was born to a small family that lived in a housing project in Jamestown. Growing up, Alejandro was surrounded by crime and violence which would ultimately depict his future. Alejandro would spend his time growing up with his close friends Joshua Edwards, Hakeem Turner, and Jayvantavious Gonzales. These friends would begin the life of crime with various small time jobs. They would become known in the area as thieves and low level drug dealers. By the age of 16, Alejandro had already been arrested twice and sentenced to juvenile detention for one year, and on probation for the remainder of his life as a minor. Alejandro would spend this time trying out different legal jobs in order to make a living in the world. It wouldn’t be long before he decided that legal jobs aren’t for him.
At the age of 20, Alejandro would begin hanging out near Grove Street where he would meet a man named Drizzy. He would begin to roll with Drizzy and his childhood friends. After some time went by, we gained the trust of Drizzy and he would introduce us to a large portion of The Original Covenant Ballas. The Ballas were a known name in the city that had respect and power. Alejandro knew at this time, he was no longer going to be a legal civilian, and would be joining the gang life.
