Luxury aircraft would be priced so high that only very select few people would ever be able to afford it. Create a small Federal Aviation Authority faction whose duty is to issue pilots licenses, run air traffic control services, and protect air space by enforcing aviation law. The FAA would also have its own para military personnel trained and equipped with fighter jets to neutralize any threats to air borne threats. FAA would also be able to see blips on the map for anyone flying an aircraft if they are in their air traffic control tower at Fort Zancudo. OOC corruption and/or misuse of the fighter jets would be STRICTLY prohibited. Fighter jets would not be able to be stolen. Edited July 30, 2018 by DeanThompson
