Invisible Players going up sewer stairs

Issue/bug you are reporting: Players turn invisible to others when going up a ramp in the middle of the sewers

Expected behavior:  Players stay visible to each other at all times

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: So we drove to the middle of the sewers on bikes, and got off, at the bottom of these stairs.  When we go up them to the "base" for RP purposes up there, we turn invisible to each other, and if we drive the bikes up they also disappear.  Its right about the last step that makes each other "poof" and falling down and taking fall damage "fixes" the bug.

I would also like to add while logging off and back in around this location frequently causes you to not be able to see anything underground, only what is above in the city so you cannot see any tunnels or find your way out at all with a /report 2 or a friend to guide you out.

RAGE sync issue, it's not that simple to solve and I would not expect a resolution any time soon.
