Realistic car audio

Recommended Posts

A simple solution to make car audio more realistic, open up some RP possibilities. It would be cool if the following could be made:

1) people could buy car subwoofer audio system from LSC/bayview, this might or might not add additional subwoofer item model in trunk, based if its possible to make it or not.

2) sound is rendered a bit differently -  realistically lower audio frequencies propogate further in distance compared to higher frequency spectrum parts of human hearable frequency range. Thus it is relatively easy to sepperate sound from car speakers in, lets say, 3 categories - low, mid, high frequencies. Each category gets a different range on how far it can be heard if the subwoofer is installed. If it is not installed, it remains as it is now with car speakers.

Frequency seperation and limits can be furter adjusted/diacussed if needed.

Benefits:

Additional RP opportunities, some people might enjoy simply listening to songs only in their cars, but for those who like to show off in flashy street cars, will be able to install subwoofers to increase their bass distance for others (increase in distance, not volume levels).

LSC and Bayview gets anothet way to make some money.

Please dont hestitate to leave your ideas regarding this toppic! 🙂
