aleks Posted August 15, 2021 Report Posted August 15, 2021 Date and time (provide timezone): 15/08/2021 - 2:07PM Character name: Jay Paige Issue/bug you are reporting: With the faction Downtown Cab Co we have the command /taxidrivers which is meant to show the current on duty drivers, current status (if on a call or not), and the fare money for the current call they have collected so far on the fare machine but as of the commands creation in I'd assume mid 2017 it tracks the fare wrong, and doesn't show status once they have collected the passenger and began driving away from the original call location. Right now the command /taxidrivers doesn't update the [$0] for the driver, but it will update and only will update for the passenger of the vehicle - which is confirmed by having a secondary DCC driver in your vehicle to have them displayed on /taxdrivers and it'll update for them instead of the driver. Expected behavior: The command /taxidrivers should update the fare for the driver of the vehicle rather than the passenger of the vehicle. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Be a on-duty DCC driver, accept an incoming call and it'll change your status to "ON CALL" but once you have driven away from the clients pickup location, it will change your status to "OFF CALL" and it does not update the fare via /taxidrivers - in the screenshot below I asked @DrPathetic to test and confirm with me, but with him as a passenger of the vehicle and I OOCly invited him into the F4 menu to show him on /taxidrivers once he went on duty, and it updated the fare for him as the passenger rather than myself driving the vehicle. In the second screenshot you can see myself driving another passenger and the fare is at $26 dollars, but it does not update on /taxidrivers as it updates for the passenger rather than the driver. BillyJoeMcCrawl Posted May 19, 2022 Report Posted May 19, 2022 When I was at DCC, it never updated for anyone, not for me when I was on a call with a passenger inside either. The text at the bottom would show the fare actively changing, but this live change would not reflect in the /taxidrivers command, constantly showing $0.
Puzzling Posted October 19, 2023 Report Posted October 19, 2023 This is still a bug. When people are in the taxi, the driver's current fare price [$0] is always at zero, the passengers get updated with the command /taxidrivers Scottie_Keeton was the driver and I was the passengers, so it should show a fare for Scottie but not myself, Elias.
