second hand vehicle idea

I see allot of people buying and selling cars, now we have the Low-end and High-end lot.

What i would like to see implemented for more RP at dealerships and second hand car deals.

Remove the high/low end lots and let Dealerships buy second hand cars to sell on there lots.

You will have dealerships with different second hand cars with different prices.

They can also still sell new cars, but there is NO RP going on at any dealership at the moment.

If someone sells a car irl they would leave it at the market and get the payment by one of the people at the dealer ship through credit card or something.

The High End / Low end lots are here to stay. For now the dealerships will continue to only sell new vehicles for the foreseeable future.
