I know this is a section for suggestions that can improve the community, not a place to talk and complain about decision appeal. But for a better explanation and for you to be able to understand it better, I have to talk about my appeal. Let me explain: As a new player, I will enter the server two days ago for the first time. (It's after 3 days waiting for my quiz answer) Summary I successfully spent the first day of the game (eleven wonderful hours) Yesterday I entered the server for the second time. After a while, I left and about five hours later, when I tried to enter the server, I received a ban massage!! It is also due to the reason for ban evasion!!!! While I was on the server for the first time!!!! I mean, how is such a thing possible at all??? During the time I was checking the decision appeals section, I saw a large number of ban appeals every day Note that they were all very surprised by this, because it was their first time on the server It is even interesting to know that while I was writing this topic, I found another case like myself What is the suggest now? My suggestion to the Eclipse Roleplay staff team If you can not respond to appeals quickly (due to the high number of requests or anything else) or you can't find a way to do so So pay more attention to the bans and give time and check them This is the volume of ban appeals in the forum Many of them seem irrational! Message to server players: I ask all of you to write your opinion if you agree with this suggest For older players who may not have this problem, I also write: If all the new players who enter this community are to be treated like this and they can not play, then you can not experience an attractive environment. ArcAngel Posted May 31, 2021 Report Share Posted May 31, 2021 Bans are not handed out lightly so it makes sense that should the person being banned makes an appeal, the appeal should be reviewed adequately and carefully, reviewing all pertinent information. The integrity and safety of the server is paramount so I think the time of appeals as it stands, is necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the server and community. But for a newplayer like me, it's very annoying to be banned when you follow all the rules and respect them. Imagine a newplayer who has heard of this server, spent some time understanding its rules, taking quiz appeal, planning for his roleplay, and eagerly waiting to play. Be banned from the server after two days. This is not the whole story. Misery begins when, ten days after filing an appeal, you still do not receive a definitive answer. If you have concerns of being banned, or wish to be unbanned, please create an appeal in the according section. Additionally, there are multiple people that can be pending a ban at the same time as you, you just need to be patient. Suggestion Locked & Archived.
