History.png

image.png

Originally, Los Santos only had one mechanic shop. After sometime of that them operating as the sole mechanic shop in the city, a second was opened under the name, Biggs' Premium Motor Works. The new shop was opened in the southern part of the city. Eventually Biggs resigned, and the shop was renamed to Bayview Auto Center by the new management. Bayview Auto Center continued to operate in the southern end of the city for a few years, but has since moved to Paleto Bay where it has continued to offer all of its services.

Bayview offers four types of mechanic services; repairs, modifications, roadside repairs and vehicle towing. Besides that, Bayview are always collaborating with other government companies helping them out on their duties, such as impounding vehicles and providing our assistance with their organised events.

Repairs
Bayview offers both visual and engine repairs for all sorts of vehicles at our shop.

Modifications
We also offer a range of modification options for most cars, motorcycles, and boats. Some examples of modifications we offer are paint jobs, performance upgrades, and body work, which can all be done at our shop.

Roadside Repairs
Our roadside vehicles are equipped with a variety of tools and parts, which can be used for minor engine and visual repairs away from the shop.

Towing Service
We are equipped with tow trucks and flatbeds, which both have winches installed. These are used for transporting cars and motorcycles to places like gas stations, vehicle flips, and impounds.

F1PECEw.png

Flatbed
The Flatbed is our most used vehicle, it is used similarly to tow trucks. It can be used to transport most types of cars and motorcycles.

image.png

Heavy-Duty Tow Truck
The Heavy-Duty Tow Truck provides us with extra power for jobs that need it. It is fitted with  a tow hook and a winch to get vehicles out of sticky situations and tow them to safety.

image.png

Light-Duty Tow Truck
The Light-Duty Tow Truck is useful for hard to reach areas, such as small narrow alleys. It has the same capabilities as the Heavy-Duty Tow Truck. However, it can not tow larger vehicles.

image.png

Utility Truck(s)
This is one of three Utility Trucks that we have, and is our most commonly used Utility Truck. We primarily use our Utility Trucks for car meets and events as it can be loaded up with many parts and tools
.

image.png

Granger
The Granger is one of Bayview's most versatile vehicles. It is used mainly for roadside repairs, but can also be used to flip cars. It is also especially useful because it can reach off road areas that a regular tow truck can not.

image.png

Caracara
The Caracara is used to assist customers in hard to reach, off-road areas. This vehicle can reach almost anywhere our other vehicles can not. Similar to the Granger it is used mainly for roadside repairs, but can also be used to flip cars with the fitted winch.

image.png

Oracle
The Oracle is used by management and Human Resources primarily for business trips, meetings and record checks.

image.png

Bagger
The smallest vehicle in the fleet, the Bagger is used for quick and easy small repairs in locations that are hard to reach. It is also used to do local patrols around the area.

gR1VE9E.png

Our recruitment process is separated into three parts:

Application Process
Bayview is constantly recruiting new members for entry level mechanic positions. Our application form can be found on Bayview's recruitment forums, where you should also read the other important information.

The following requirements must be met for your application to be considered:
- You must have at least 5000 experience on the character you are applying with.
- You need to have a clean admin record of at least 14 days from when you submit your application.

Interview Process
If you pass the application phase, then you will be invited for an in-character interview. This interview will be used to judge your ability to roleplay and communicate effectively.

Training Phase
If your interview is accepted, you will be invited to join the faction, and to complete your training. The training can be the most difficult part of the recruitment process for some, as it is very roleplay intensive. It can also be fairly difficult because mechanic RP has a learning curve to it, and can be difficult for some to learn. The initial training will teach you some of the basic mechanic RP, where you will learn how to roleplay basic engine and visual repairs, and how to roleplay some types of modifications. We will also teach you how to use the tow trucks and flatbeds. After your training we will provide you with resources where you can learn more about how to service cars, and will also provide feedback as time goes on.

Introduction

On Wednesday 1st June 2022 Bayview Auto Center was approached by a team of event organisers from the San Andreas NASCAR Association. They were asked whether they could help with running the event on the upcoming Sunday by running a pitstop, this would involve repairing the NASCARs in-between each race. Bayview has had a long history in running car events so agreed straight away to help and soon got to work putting together a team of mechanics to run the pitstop on the day.

The Track

The day of the race has arrived. The Bayview mechanics grouped together back at the shop in Paleto Bay before heading down to Los Santos Internal Airport, the location of the race. As the mechanics pulled up to the location they were presented with a enormous track in front of them on the runway of the airport. All of them took a second to take in the scale of the race that was about to happen and all got very excited about taking part.

The Pit Stops

At the event there were four pit stops each being ran by a unique team of mechanics; Los Santos Drift, Bayview, Los Santos Customs & Burnout Nation. Each pit stop team was tasked to perform wheel changes and engine repairs in between races. A friendly competition started between pit stop teams to see who could finish the quickest each time. Over the course of the race Bayview managed to service, and repair over 20 cars!

Conclusion

Bayview had a great time at the race, with full of laughter and enjoyment. The turn out was impressive and each mechanic left already looking forward to the next race that could pop up soon!

After months of planning with continued discussions with the vehicle manufactures the day had finally arrived, Bayview had received their own unique vehicles wrapped in their own special liveries.  When the new vehicles were revealed the employees at Bayview could not contain their excitement and rushed to see the new additions to the fleet. Kitted out with the latest tools these vehicles will enable Bayview to provide the best roadside assistance when their customers are in need of help.

A Clean Shave

Jamie had clocked on one afternoon for a relaxing shift with Jay Montasser and Jinbe Lin. Whilst relaxing on the ledge, repairing the occasional vehicle and talking about life, some mutual friends showed up. One of which, was Jude Haze. Jamie knew Jude as an interesting character, involved with the criminal side of life but well acquainted with the employee’s of the legal businesses around the city, especially Bayview.

Jude joined in the conversation before revealing the traumatic experience he had been through recently of having his head shaved, Jamie wasn’t entirely listening but it was something to do with a rival gang Jude had annoyed. Zane joined in on this conversation and said, “You should shave my head so we can create some solidarity for not having hair!”. Jude didn’t think twice and was quickly cutting Zane’s hair, leaving them both bald. Jamie was zoning in and out of this conversation due to the nature of it but quickly perked up once he heard, “Jamie you’re next!”. Having not experienced a head shaving since his run in with some unpleasant individuals at the Chiliad Camp, Jamie was not best pleased with the idea and began to run away from Zane and Jude as they chased him around Bayview. Jamie eventually ran into the dealership and locked the door behind him, creating a firm barrier between the parties as he sat patiently, waiting for them to move on.

After some time the boys had began to harass Jinbe about shaving his head and this was Jamie’s opportunity to escape, clock off and drive like he was fighting for his life. What he hadn’t thought about, was being tripped up by Zane, having his arms pinned behind his back and having his hairs gracefully chopped off, one by one.

GyfG3FC.jpeg

This joke continued for some time as Jinbe was tackled and Albert got involved before we had a small army of bald people. We were unstoppable and thought we could take on the world, so what was our first thought? To dance!

With Seasons Come Change

Bayview had a long Fall season up in Paleto Bay, loaded with lots of ups and downs. As Winter began moving in and all the bright white snow began to fall, it seemed far more than just the seasons had begun changing around Bayview. While for some, it seemed the atmosphere provided a sense of relief and satisfaction, Evan Okazaki and Francesca Romano noticed others appeared to be unfulfilled and lacking motivation, especially after a quick spreading fire nearly destroyed their beloved Bayview.

QznMUiv.png

One cold, crisp, quiet Winter morning, as Evan and Francesca stood at the ledge watching as the gentle sparkling snowflakes fell around them, they began to discuss their observations and ponder what they could do to liven up the atmosphere for everyone. After days of conversation and contemplating how they could help boost the morale of the employees at Bayview and bring back the feeling of family, they thought they had a great idea!

vvU6pM8.png

Together, they decided they were going to create a fun Christmas Card for everyone. They agreed something a bit fun and mischievous would give the rest a good laugh and lift their holiday spirits. After a bit more consideration, they chose to dress up as the one person, known by many to be fairly mischievous… Bear Okazaki. They quickly headed to the Paleto Bay Clothing Store, asked the clerk to assist with selecting the perfect outfits, and in no time they were handing over their money to the clerk and set out to find photo opportunities throughout the city.

VTaMjAV.png

Before long, they realized the pictures they had accumulated were far too many, to fit on a simple photo collage greeting card. After realizing this project was growing faster than they had anticipated, Francesca suggested to Evan they instead make a fun Holiday video and try to get as many involved as possible. Evan agreed this was a great idea as many friends were already curious as to what they had been up to. Soon, they had several other employees, members of The Los Santos Sheriff's Department, the Department of Corrections, and citizens from all over agreeing to join in to help with their project. Evan and Francesca used every gathering and holiday party as an opportunity to spread the fun Holiday Spirit throughout the city.

Yy5FhE2.png

After a few minor edits and additions, they were finally finished and took some time for themselves, to breathe in some fresh air, looking over the city in hopes that all of their recent shenanigans lifted a few spirits! Finally, as Christmas Day was upon them, they began to "wrap up" the gift of memories they had put together for everyone!

This year has been full of many challenges and uncertainty. Despite all of the hard times, we still managed to make a year full of great memories! It is our hope that 2023 will bring good fortune and health to all of our family, friends, and acquaintances in the ECRP Community! Happy Holidays From all of us at Bayview and Happy New Year!

Introduction

On Wednesday 1st November 2023 Bayview Auto Center's Public Relations team directors were sent an email by a team of event organizers from the San Andreas NASCAR Association. The San Andreas NASCAR Association invited Bayview to help run the event on Saturday 18th November 2023 by putting together a pitstop crew.
The mechanics of Bayview would be partaking in repairing the NASCARs in-between each race.

The Email

The Assistant Director of Public Relations, Adaline Lovelace, was super excited for the event. She sent a mass email to her Public Relations division letting them know the great news. Many were anticipating the event. Over the next few days, Adaline researched many NASCAR pitstops so she could train her future pitstop crew to their fullest. Adaline gathered some worthy mechanics, gave them some pitstop training, and awaited the day of the event.

The Pacer Car

Adaline Lovelace checked her inbox on her email to see a Public Relations discussion unfolding. Manuel Romero had brought up the amazing idea of Bayview providing a Pacer Car to the NASCAR race. The PR team was immediately on-board! Adaline Lovelace quickly emailed the San Andreas NASCAR Association with the proposition. Once the SANA agreed, Adaline let Manuel know the great news.

NASCAR RACE DAY

The Races

The day was filled with many races, and a lot of media coverage as a Weazel News' blimp could be seen in the sky.
The track, at the San Andreas International Airport, was beautifully crafted. With a barrier made of license plates, and the American flag styled bridge over the track, the sights made it a moment to remember. The Bayview mechanics were able to enjoy spectating these races while preparing themselves for their upcoming repairs..

The Pacer Car In Action!

Bayview's own Manuel Romero can be seen preparing his Pacer Car for the race introductions. Bayview Auto Center cheered him on over the radio for his epic coolness!

The Pitstop Crew!
"Pitstop to the Top!"

The pitstop team consisted of Miles Minnies, Blake Briggs, Katie Fire, and Adaline Lovelace! The Pitstops came in quickly and Bayview worked even quicker. Blake Briggs would haul the 70lb tires over the the Tire Changers, Adaline and Katie. While Miles Minnies would fuel the cars with fuel tanks and help change tires when needed. The team worked hard and diligently throughout the event and were ecstatic to be there! Bayview Auto Center was happy to see their sister company Los Santos Customs and many chats were held between the mechanics of Los Santos.

Introduction

On November 1st, Adaline Lovelace was given the Assistant Director title of the Public Relations Division. After some time she became the only Director in Public Relations. She began making some changes by revamping the division, and providing a PR handbook, and creating financial incentives/bonuses for employees. In all her joyous celebration for her recent promotion, she knew deep down she had to do something big. Adaline created a way for employees to easily give their event ideas. While looking through the list, she noticed a new idea. Manuel Romero's idea stood out to her; 'Car Show at the Terminal'.

The Schematics

Adaline thought, why not go even bigger and add a Job Fair to this event idea. So she had reached out to Manuel to let him know his event was now in the works. Manuel mentioned that before in Public Relations, he had mentioned this idea with little to no avail. Adaline reassured him that this would get done. Manuel emailed her the schematics for the event he had in mind. They were beautifully crafted with care, and filled with passion. Looking over the schematics, she felt herself smile. She thought, 'This potential was in our PR team after all..' It included an amazing race track, and thoroughly thought out stationing points for the event.
aYSCO4E.png
Bayview's Human Resources Team

Adaline reached out to the Human Resources team with her Job Fair idea. Public Relations wanted a Car Show, a Race, and a Job Fair. A triple threat, and it seemed nearly impossible. Bayview was ready to tackle this challenge as Human Resources was immediately on board and started drafting an interview process made specifically for the event!

Maxed Jugular Sponsored by Motorsport

Adaline was under some pressure. 'Bayview needs to get this event out before the snow piles our roads', She thought to herself. Adaline decided on November 25th at 9PM, and planned to stick to it. She reached out to one of Bayview's excellent partnerships and requested a sponsor car for their event. James Eriksen, the CEO of Motorsports, happily took Adaline up on the collaboration. Bayview quickly MAXED the Jugular, and started selling raffle tickets.

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words..

First things first, Bayview needed a poster for this event. Adaline reached out to Kellie Vaeseri, a Public Relations Member, for a poster. This would be a paid job offered by Bayview's PR team bonuses. Swiftly, Kellie crafted an amazing poster, it left Adaline speechless. 'How could my girlfriend be this cool?', Adaline considered herself extremely lucky. As the Assistant Director of PR, she paid Kellie for her fabulous work with a grin on her face.
VGhQcpj.png

Can I Get A Number 9..

The citizens of Los Santos needed to have their cake, and eat it too. Adaline reached out to many known caterers in the city. Clappers, Cool Beans, and more, but to no avail. She could feel her hair turning grey from the stress. For days, this was her biggest challenge. She wanted to support a local business, but she was appalled by the idea of buying it from a mart. Her girlfriend, Kellie, suggested that they work at Burgershot part-time to prepare the catered food. They hurried to their new job and started an assembly line. Kellie took care of the Submarines, and Burgers, while Adaline took care of the Fries. Soon, they had enough to feed the upcoming event attendees! Eliza Honk helped handle the catering table throughout the night. Eliza Honk was the life of the party, being super sociable and caring, offering food to everyone she saw.

Bayview's Car Show, Race, and Job Fair Event!
A Great Turn Out!

The citizens of Los Santos lined up their cars one by one in the parking spaces provided. It was like a mechanic's guilty pleasure. You had drift cars, off-roaders, sports, and supers all waiting for you to appreciate their modifications. It was hard for the mechanics to not drool over these sick vehicles! It was a great time for people to show off their neons and xenons to the crowds. As the vehicles pulled in, Bayview employees kept their judgy eyes out for potential winners of the competition.

MHJezW5.png
DJ Quiet!

Adaline, being a big fan of DJ Quiet, just HAD to get her there. After many talks with her manager, Lynn Foster, it happened! The crowd danced to her mixes throughout the night. Quiet spun the tables, and danced along with her crowd to hype them up. Looking at the DJ stand you could see DJ Quiet partying away with her entourage. Adaline was so busy maintaining the event she forgot to ask Quiet to sign her breasts!

Bayview Hard At Work!

Bayview had many responsibilities throughout the duration of the event. However, the new environment filled them with excitement. It's tiresome always being at the ledge, and the event was a nice way for all of them to blow off steam. Pictured, Blake Briggs working at the Raffle table at the event, Kellie Vaeseri working at a Human Resources table at the event, and Boris Jo working at our repair and car wash bay at the event. All the Bayview employees worked diligently during the event, and did not flinch when crowds formed.

Races

Bayview's track designed by Manuel Romero was a huge hit! Many drove the track for fun before we started our official cash prize races. Plenty of winners went home that night, with Tyrone Cox giving them their prizes.

Car Show Winners!

The Bayview employees enjoyed being able to judge the vehicles in secret and discussing their options. The winners of the Car Show had varying styles. With one vehicle decked out for the holidays, one a prestigious super, and the last a super sick drift car. Each car stood out in their own way and stole the show that night!

Introduction

On December 4th, Adaline Lovelace and Tyrone Cox were roaming around Los Santos. Adaline decided to bring up the frozen lakes around the city, and mentioned she'd like to see Mirror Park's now frozen over lake. Tyrone admitted he hasn't visited any frozen lakes this season so they quickly did so. Looking at the Winter Wonderland that was now Mirror Park, Adaline felt inspired. Originally, she planned to not have a Bayview Auto Center event during December as she felt really unable to come up with a winter-esque idea for Public Relations, and she was terrified of making it too close to the holiday season. However, she saw potential all around her. After Tyrone and Adaline did some brainstorming they decided they were going to do a Bayview Winter Ice Karting event. They immediately started to talk about a date and time, raffle car, a DJ, catering, and furnishing. It was now officially only six days away till the event.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas..

Tyrone and Adaline began designing and furnishing the event. Tyrone was super brave, climbing the poles and stringing the lights as Adaline watched, being her bossy about how she wanted everything to look. Over the next few days Adaline would demand more Christmas decorations. It felt as if there was no such things as too many! A bright circular DJ podium, repair bays for the mechanics, and snowmen everywhere. Adaline, Tyrone, and Kellie Vaeseri all decided to hide a very spicy gnome on the outskirts of the lake who may or may not have had a candy cane stuck somewhere.. deep.

Bayview's Christmas Gift

Adaline was very happy to work with Motorsport again for this event. This partnership has been very helpful for events in the past, and have always delivered only the best! As the Director of PR she felt it may be a nice treat to let Bayview employees participate in the event raffle for a change. This meant she would be maintaining the money and raffle booth by herself for the whole event. The vehicle of choice was a MAXED Christmasified Kamacho!

DJ Boris || The Flying Dutchman

Bayview Auto Center was very happy having DJ Boris perform a set at their pop up event with Weazel News. Adaline was very impressed with his DJ'ing skills that she immediately gave him the offer to perform at this event. The DJ podium housed many dancers throughout the night as The Flying Dutchman spun the tables with ease.

Seaside Supplies Saved Our Lives!
Jo's Put On A Show

The day of the event, Adaline, Tyrone, and Kellie all frantically called a contact to help them purchase Hot Coffee and Fresh Donuts in bulk. Tyrone got a response from Jay Jacobson, the owner of Seaside Supplies. They explained their dilemma and Jay was happy to help. Jay stuck around to load the crates for them and even planned a drop off of more donuts for later in the event. Bayview Auto Center is eternally grateful to Seaside Supplies and their immediate assistance. Throughout the event, Bayview lost their food cart handler, and Adaline began to panic. However, Kellie saved the day by having Jayden Jo and Jamie Jo, on-duty mechanics, take care of the cart.
