Warrants

I can't believe this is even an issue. We can't look up charges. They said people were "exploiting" it by looking up charges and not turning themselves in. In America irl you can look up from anywhere with internet if you have a warrant it's public record you're not allowed to hide charges from someone until they get arrested. It's painfully obvious that the people running this didn't research this before disabling the ability to check charges by cops. You can check on your phone irl if you want to and it's also a breach of your rights if they don't make it publicly available to you. Please fix this is ridiculous.

Part of the reason is due to people just turning themselves in. Which can limit roleplay. Especially those with high tier crimes.

I prefer the new way. So -1.

I guarantee you are a cop being catered to with this. Please explain how this limits role-playing? What you don't get to surprise someone by unlawfully withholding a public record of their warrant? Boo hoo you still get to process them and they still have to serve their time. This is literally a prime example of how cops are catered to and everyone else just has to let them walk all over them. It's not enough to take them in when they turn in for their crime you have to catch them off guard because they didn't know they had a charge? That only serves cops rp and it ruins the integrity of the game by completely ignoring American laws and practices.

But here's the thing: There is a way for you to find out weihter or not you are wanted at Mission Row and the Paleto station on the police desk WITHOUT turning yourself in.
