If so then it's when you do an unrealistic jump with your vehicle e.g. driving off a cliff or up a ramp to gain mad air. Whilst the GTA mechanics might make this not as punishing as IRL, you should aim to act realistic when in a vehicle so "stunt jumping" is when you perform unrealistic jumps as if you were doing stunts.

It might have been a typo of the person reviewing
