On-Duty admin count command for non-staff members

Non-staff players should know how many admins are on-duty by typing a certain command where it would only show the count of admin members who are on but not display their names, just count. No harm to anyone at all. I get it S+ members want to see who's online like a faction and their status but non-staff players should also know details for a command that they're submitting and if they'll be getting help soon or not.

Just because I would like to know if I'll get help with my reports or not or if I can pursue with a report/know if I can cancel my report or if I'm stuck with a bug and want to know if I'll get immediate help or not so its a less waste of a time if I just logout and come back later.

Or at least to show how many reports of a type are in queue along with the on-duty admin count when submitting an in-game report so it would only be shown once a report has been submitted and not on a command use as it used to be before.

-1 People were doing naughty things when there is no mods

Since learning about the fact that people were using /amembers to see when no one is on to start braking the rules I kept thinking about solutions for the positive part of the problem (e.g. you want to know if your report has any chances to be answered soon)

The only thing I could think about was to add an 'average waiting time' when you do a /report. Not sure if it would stop people from figuring out when no-one is on duty, though.

The problem is that it varies for the type of report and whos online and not in rp. I have had rules breaks been taken in minutes and some that have taken 30 min. Same with glitch and questions. It just is to hard to give an estimate time.
