approved Microphone icon when using voice chat

Is it possible to show a sign when someone is using voice chat in-game? (When it is enabled again.) Would be helpful if you're with a group of people.

I saw a script on GTA Network that will change the status above someones head when they are talking or typing. It would literally just showing 'TALKING' or 'TYPING'.

Definitely needs a form of implementation. I have no idea if I am speaking in-game or not most of the time and any form of indication would really benefit myself and others. +1

Having "talking" or "typing" over another persons head is displeasing to the eyes on an RP server. Maybe a simple "..." would do like they have in iMessage.

It was used to be like this but it was removed due to causing consistent crashing. I'm sure the devs will add it back it later when the problems are resolved.
