Lee_Hughes Posted December 24, 2020 Report Share Posted December 24, 2020 Date and time (provide timezone): All The time Character name: Axel_Hurtado Issue/bug you are reporting: F6 Menu Cursor bug Expected behavior: Its Expected to highlight the option selected with the cursor Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: When i hover over the top options on the left sections of the F6 Menu, it will not highlight, This is making it impossible for me to buy any of the first options in lists that scroll such as Pets and other options that are not scrollable such as the VIP sections 1 Month Button or extra slots. I presume this is down to the screen I've had the last 2 weeks (Samsung 43" UWHD) because I've never had this issue previously, even after several changes in settings with the help of @GiorgosK towards Resolution, Aspect Ratio and Windowed and Fullscreen options i still had no luck. I was wondering if it was possible in the meantime while this is being looked into that a admin could use the credits from my account to purchase 1 Month VIP for my account. I managed to find a fix, I was previously changing the resolution which changes the size of the screen you are displayed but does not take effect in game until you restart completely, So I dropped the Resolution down too 1920 x 1080 Restarted the game, Bought VIP and then Corrected the resolution and restarted once more.
