People made fun of Quan for not having a chin while growing up. Quan says that his dream is to have a chin beard one day. Medics said that they could give him his chin but he had to pay 10k and Quan didn't had that much money. So we decided to help him by creating the Quan Charity. Quan Charity is a charity that can help all the people who have no chins including Quan by getting people donations!
