Korzulmon Posted September 29, 2017 Report Posted September 29, 2017 Hello, I believe I am experiencing a bug with the email verification as I have verified my email a while ago but now it's telling me when I try and join the server that I need to verify again, but then it will not send me an email again, any help would be appreciated.

I know at first the verification system required us to Verify it twice, and it could be that the email got bugged, but if you attempt to resend the email now after the spam timer, it should go through. If you're unable to get to the page where it requests the email verification, log-in to your Game Panel, then try to navigate to one of the side tabs and it should immediately request that you verify your email, and just resend it and confirm it, and it should work from there. If all of this fails to get the verification process completed, please notify us so that we may be more aware of the issue at hand and try to correct it as soon as we can. Thank you. -Felix.
