I can't login

I wan't to play on the server but every time I join and I try to login it says account name does not exist. I don't know what to do I tried to use my email instead of my user name and that does not work. I have made another account and it says the same thing so I tried creating a third account but I never got the confirmation email.

Have you created an account using the ingame panel? If not, create one ingame, and log in through this account.

You have to create account IN GAME. Not on the forums.
