Weapon bug while on PD duty.

Issue/bug you are reporting: When you equip lot any weapon from your inventory while on PD duty it disappears and you can not put it back into your inventory until you go off duty  

Expected behavior:  If you have a pistol slot empty and you drag your personal pistol into the slot it should allow you to use it   Same as it should allow you to use an SMG if you pick one up and put it into the heavy weapon slot  

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: 

1. Get on duty at mission row. 
2. remove a pistol so you have a slot empty

3. drag your personal gun into the empty slot

(I assume this is the same for SD)
