Ulrich Kalb Posted August 12, 2020 Report Posted August 12, 2020 Hello, Hoping someone can help?. I downloaded the RAGE app to play and application was excepted. I then tried to play after the latest GTA V update, and kept getting an Error message pop up, which has since been sorted. The issue I am not getting when trying to launch the game, is that during the "Launching the game" it opens up the "Rockstar Games Launcher", starts to launch the game and the quits right out of it and shuts the RAGE server select page. Is this an issue that has popped up before? if so, how is it fixable?. I have uninstalled the RAGE launcher and reinstalled, but I keep getting the same thing. Thank you, Ulrich Kalb

I have the steam app open before I launch the RAGE launcher, as I have had to do this in the past with other launchers. I will keep digging and see if I can get a workaround.
Ulrich Kalb Posted August 12, 2020 Author Report Posted August 12, 2020 I have just seen a "This feature is currently unavailable" in the Rockstar Launcher, under the play button. This is just before it says 'starting' and then goes to 'quitting' right after. I will try a restart and see what happens.
Ulrich Kalb Posted August 12, 2020 Author Report Posted August 12, 2020 A PC restart seems to have worked, and has launched via steam and R* launchers, will do a logout test and see if it keeps launching with no problems.
