Expected behavior: It should allow us to use both the commands to rate our experience with a specific player every 24 hours. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: The command won't allow me to rate different players (just 1 player a day), yet it is one of the server's announcements that are announced every once and a while.
