Whitney Posted July 29, 2020 Report Share Posted July 29, 2020 (edited) It does not work the same way as in the normal GTA (arrow keys). They do not work, the phone is server-sided. You need to press the F2 button, hover your mouse over any part of it, then left-click it using your mouse. You close it the same way, but it has to be the very top where you are supposed to click to slide it up/down. This thing at the bottom is the home button (there's no back button).
