Mat Yarmouth Posted July 27, 2020 Report Share Posted July 27, 2020 The Beginning After witnessing each individual man and women struggle in los San tos to get up and on their feet Mat Yarmouth has decided that the city needs a fresh gang with new ideas and a keen eye for the well being of the community. The Eastside Brotherhood was founded by Mat in order to put an end to the difficulties related to being new to town. All brothers who wish to be part of something bigger and need a place to start or even a place to call home are welcome in Mat's gang and they will be taken care of by some of the best people around. The message The Eastside Brotherhood is a Brotherhood of men and women so deeply infatuated with their love for community and individual wealth that they will stop at nothing to get their way. The Brotherhood for short believes in not only thriving as a whole community of brothers in arms but also in every individual brothers right to achieve their maximum potential and go through their life doing things the way they want with the help of their brothers. The Brotherhood will keep 50% of all profits from standard business activity to go towards the furthering of the Eastside brotherhood as a whole in a way voted on by the Round Table of Brothers, the other 50% of profits will be split between every brother in the gang once per day by the Chief brother, 40% will go to the Captain Brothers and 10% will go to the Young Brothers. The sharing of gang profits will leave no gang member without thanks for their fight on behalf of the brotherhood and is the heart and soul of this gang’s mission. No matter how hard times are every brother will receive their fair share on day one of joining. The Eastside Brotherhood will have no intentional beef with any gang who has been around for longer than them. The brotherhood will instead strive to work alongside larger gangs to help out said gangs and the brotherhood for the good of the community. Deals with other gangs will be voted on by the Round Table of Brothers and should only be agreed upon if they are in the best interest of the Brothers. The Ranks 1. Chief Brother Top man of the brotherhood, as the leader of the gang the Chief brother must always have his brothers well being in mind. The Chief will have a seat and one vote at the round table of brothers where all decisions will be made concerning the future of the brotherhood. The Chief Brother is the only member who may not be voted out of the gang and a new Chief is decided by the previous Chief. If a round table vote is ever a tie the Chief brothers vote will be counted as two votes. The Chief may forcibly remove any gang member any time although it will hopefully never come to that. 2. Captain Brother Just as a captain may steer his ship on the seas, the Captain Brother must steer their gang to the path of enlightenment and riches for every brother. Every Captain Brother will have a seat and one vote at the round table of the brothers. The Captain Brothers take on the majority of the decision making of the gang and this will not be taken lightly by any brother. 3. Young Brother As a Young brother you will not have a vote on gang matters but you may have a share in gang profits. A Young brother may ask to be voted into the Captain Brothers once they have recruited 1 other Young brother into the gang. A young brother must typically offer something small that they can afford to the gang in order to prove their commitment to the cause before being accepted into the gang. This can be waived by a Captain Brother in cases where they simply cannot afford it. The Vote The Round Table of Brothers: All Gang members who have a right to sit at the round table will have a right to vote about Eastside Brothers decisions on not only how to run the gang but also on who is in the gang. All votes must be cast in person at the table, Majority vote wins and no brother is ever to complain about the outcome of any vote. The long term plan Although the Eastside Brotherhoods main source of income currently is criminal activity based, The community as a whole will strive to rise above the illegal activities in the future and switch to legal ventures decided on by The Round Table of Brothers. For now we can only hope that the Brotherhood will make it to the Legal side of business and we will have to stick to a path of criminal endeavors including but not limited to: Assassinations, Gun sales, Robbery, Chopping etc. The Rules 1. All Brothers must look out for one another 2. All brothers must be honest about the brotherhood to potential Young Brothers 3. The Brotherhood Comes first 4. Financial gains made by brothers related to Eastside Brothers activity must be reported to a Captain brothers so it can be split among the Brotherhood. 5. No large decisions should ever be made without consulting at least one member of the Round table of Brothers 6. No Brother may fight another Brother 7. Brotherhood may have you end up in jail once in a great while. It is important not to tell any officers of the true activities of the brotherhood. 8. Seriously all brothers must look out for one another... 9. The gang's Color will be Yellow and it will be mandatory that every member own one yellow piece of clothing or have yellow markings on their vehicle.
