Use the same Apartment concept to create Office building

Would love to see more opportunities for businesses and with plenty of big office buildings in the city it would be great to see 1 or more of them converted into a building that can hold numerous small offices that can accommodate a floor or two

And so many people that will probably never be able to afford these 1-3 million dollar big office spaces out there.

Like houses, offices are the same, you have the  best than you also have the shittiest office buildings like in the hood or something. Plenty of varietiies.
