I believe that there should be working televisions in apartments and that it would give more incentive to buy and apartment rather than just roleplaying reasons and garage space. I believe that if this was added in the televisions could work similar to the radio except youtube videos would play and/or audio/video sources from other links. Heck even if you could turn on the tv and just watch standard GTA tv I believe it would give us something to do in apartments rather than just sit there. Possibly maybe add the games that were added in later GTA? Such as the cross the line game or stuff like that? That you could play with others 1
