Faction creation

Hey, i think that the faction creation right now is to easy. In my opinion it should be harder. My suggestion is: to create a faction you need to pay 20-30k but you also need an aproved aplication on the forums. This way the factions would be more unique and it will make so the factions get bigger (get more players in 1 faction) because right now there is to many user created factions and most of them have 2-3 players.

Also, being able to join 2 factions. Why join 2 factions? Here is some examples:

- Currupted cop (A cop that is a criminal too)

- A under cover cop (a cop that joined a criminal faction to go undercover)

- there is loads of good rp ideas for this...

I definitely agree that factions should be approved by staff members. Also, perhaps there may be a requirement to have players already willing to join that faction in order for it to be created after approved. For example, a minimum of 5-10 players must post on the thread saying they will join in order for the faction to be considered for approval.

Player characters are not allowed to be in more than one faction and that is not going to be changed.

Also, your idea completely contradicts our initial concept for criminal factions, that are meant to be open to all players. While it's true that people will created fail gangs, they won't have significant impact on the server and will eventually fade away and get recycled by the script. In the future, gangs will need to fight each other for control of objectives, that will grant them special assets and increase their profits. Low quality gangs will fail to compete and will be eliminated by natural selection.
