Issue with the credit store

I ordered the 1600 credit pack from the forums today and the payment has been confirmed however no credits have been received on my end. Some staff said to make a ticket on here so I have, anyone able to help with this? I can send you a screenshot via discord of the invoice, feels sketchy putting it on here.
