Teleporting out of DOC after using F6(Vehicles)

Issue/bug you are reporting:  When you browse through the F6 crediit store, you select vehicles and after you close it you get teleported to the front yard of DOC (This only happens to inmates)

Expected behavior:  Should place you back inside DOC where you entered the Credit Store via f6 instead of teleporting you outside(making you fall through the map)

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:

When you are in prison, press F6 > Vehicles > Exit - you will fall through the map and teleport outside.
