Aieos Posted March 29, 2020 Report Share Posted March 29, 2020 Date and time (provide timezone): N/A Character name: N/A Issue/bug you are reporting: After players send off their application, they never receive an email stating if they've been accepted or denied, they are forced to remember to log into the game and check, resulting in some players never knowing if they got reviewed. Expected behavior: The emails should arrive. This issue has been persistent since mid-2019, and has slowly gotten worse until now when it's incredibly rare for an email to arrive at its destination inbox. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Fill out an application, accept/deny it, and see if the email ever arrives.
