No, the only houses I sell for 180k are in bad neighbourhoods in strawberry or grove or if I am trying to get rid of one quickly. Like I said, if you got an offer for one close to bank for 185k definetly take that, it's worth it. I can do 200k if we work something out (text 5356160 for further details). I'll be in town in an hour or two.
